★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, acionei o seguro para troca de três luzes(tipo plafon) e o seguro BB paga 40,00 por cada e como a luminária era um pouco maior que anterior, tinha que ajustar (corte no forro) quis cobrar mais 100,00. Totalizando 220,00 para trocar três luzes. Um absurdo... Se eu contratar uma diária de um eletricista ou gesseiro sairia menor e poderia fazer várias outras trocas, pois teria o profissional por 8h em casa. Não recomendo está empresa a ninguém.
Terribly, I activated the insurance to change three lights (type ceiling) and the BB insurance pays 40.00 for each and as the lamp was a little bigger than the previous one, I had to adjust (cut the ceiling) I wanted to charge 100.00 more. Totaling 220.00 to change three lights. Nonsense... If I hire a daily from an electrician or plasterer, I would be smaller and could make several other changes, as I would have the professional for 8 hours at home. I don't recommend this company to anyone.
