★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou cliente frequente na Padaria, tem uma refeição excelente, porém o atendimento dos atendentes é péssimo, todos trabalham com cara fechada, quando pedimos algo perece que estamos incomodando, isso que estão para nos atender e nos servir, logo mais estarei parando de frequentar, não vejo gerente não vejo uma organização.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito bom, qualidade nível excelente, o pão de lá não tem igual, tenho muito que experimentar, gostei da feijoada porém faltou um joelho ou mais parte de porco mas não deixou de ser gostosa e em boa quantidade. Nota 9.9

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sai para tomar um café com meu esposo escolhemos ir nesta padaria ao chegar fizemos nosso pedido e sentamos na janela em uma mesa bem próximo da catraca que por sinal não parava de apitar ficou no mínimo 20 minutos apitando sem parar, estava impossível de aguentar aquele barulho, perguntamos para o atendente Wesley e ele disse que o apito vinha da catraca que sinalizava quando estava acabando as comandas. Pensamos que depois de falar com ele iria fazer a reposição das comandas e a catraca iria parar de apitar ,mas não ocorreu o mesmo ficou no balcão de braços cruzados mexendo no cel
O barulho já estava super incomodo e resolvemos pedir novamente para só que para uma atendente e ela disse que não poderia fazer a reposição na máquina pois estava sozinha e a mesma saiu incomodada com meu pedido.
Alguns minutos depois ela foi e reabasteceu a catraca e por fim parou dr apitar
Outro fato incomodo que ocorreu foi que soltaram bombas na frente da padaria e um cachorro de rua entrou na padaria com muito medo e o atendente o Wesley em vez de retirar o cachorro com delicadeza expulsou o cachorro com a vassoura,ele só não bateu no cachorro pois eu intervir e questionei se ele iria bater no cachorro, não satisfeito ele pegou um borrifador com água e jogou no cachorrinho chingando ele. Atendente extremamente grosseiro com mal vontade de trabalhar, não teve o mínimo de retribuição de educação no atendimento.
A padaria é ótima os produtos são de qualidade
Mas não adianta nada se não tiver um bom atendimento.
Foi a primeira que visitei e não volto mais.

I went out to have a coffee with my husband, we chose to go to this bakery when we arrived, we placed our order and sat at the window at a table very close to the turnstile, which by the way did not stop beeping, it was beeping for at least 20 minutes without stopping, it was impossible to stand that noise , we asked the attendant Wesley and he said that the whistle came from the turnstile that signaled when the commands were finishing. We thought that after talking to him, he would replace the commands and the turnstile would stop beeping, but it didn't happen, he stayed at the counter, arms crossed, fiddling with the cell.
The noise was already super annoying and we decided to ask again for just that for an attendant and she said she couldn't do the replacement in the machine because she was alone and she left annoyed with my order.
A few minutes later she went and refilled the turnstile and finally stopped beeping.
Another uncomfortable fact that occurred was that bombs were dropped in front of the bakery and a stray dog entered the bakery with great fear and the attendant Wesley instead of gently removing the dog expelled the dog with the broom, he just didn't hit the dog because I intervened and asked if he was going to hit the dog, not satisfied he took a spray bottle with water and threw it at the puppy, scolding him. Extremely rude attendant with no desire to work, did not have the least amount of education in attendance.
The bakery is great the products are quality
But it's no use if you don't have good service.
It was the first one I visited and I won't be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A padaria deve ser recém inaugurada ou reformada, pois está nova e tem um ambiente bem agradável. Sobre o cardápio posso dizer que é um bom cardápio com bastante opções para qualquer hora do dia. Os preços são justos. Boa localização.
O motivo da minha avaliação ser baixa é pelo atendimento ! Na primeira vez que fui na padaria, tive um café da manhã bem agradável com a minha mãe, porém percebi os funcionários meio "perdidos" no atendimento. Reparei que a questão não era ter poucos funcionários e sim a pró-atividade dos mesmos para atender os clientes. Na minha ultima ida à padaria a experiência foi um pouco menos agradável. Fui com a minha esposa para um café da tarde/noite. O problema começou quando a catraca que dá acesso a padaria, começou a sinalizar a falta de comanda para a entrada dos clientes na padaria, o que causou um certo incomodo, já que a sinalização é um tipo de "bipe" alto e constante. Minha esposa estava com dor de cabeça, logo, resolvi pedir para um atendente verificar o que podia ser aquele "bipe", que já tocava a cerca de 20 minutos e ninguém foi verificar. O funcionário de nome WESLEY só disse que era a catraca sinalizando a falta de comanda e simplesmente deu as costas sem se quer repor as comandas. Achamos que ele iria efetuar a reposição das comandas, mas não, estava com os braços cruzados no balcão da padaria. Resolvemos chamar uma outra funcionária para verificar o "bipe" da catraca, que a essa altura já estava nos tirando a paz e estragando o nosso café. A funcionária estava mal humorada e disse que haviam poucos funcionários e que ela estava atendendo, sendo que o tal WESLEY estava parado sem atender ninguém. Fora o problema com o bipe da catraca, também presenciamos o mesmo funcionário, WESLEY, colocando um cachorro pra fora da padaria com uma vassoura e que só não bateu no cachorro por que a minha esposa interviu, questionando se ele iria bater no cachorro. Um adendo é, o WESLEY ficou super incomodado com o questionamento da minha esposa, estava incomodado com o nosso questionamento sobre o bipe da catraca que nos incomodava e aparentemente estava sem nenhuma vontade de atender os clientes da padaria, demonstrando um comportamento mal educado e super mal humorado, inclusive, sendo bem ríspido com um morador de rua que se encontrava em frente a padaria. Resumo é, a funcionária repôs as comandas um pouco depois, resolvendo um problema que tinha uma solução super simples. A padaria é boa assim como o que é servido lá, porém o atendimento fica a desejar.

The reason my rating is low is because of the service! The first time I went to the bakery, I had a very nice breakfast with my mother, but I noticed the employees a bit "lost" in the service. I noticed that the issue was not having few employees, but their pro-activity to serve customers. On my last trip to the bakery the experience was a little less pleasant. I went with my wife for an afternoon/evening coffee. The problem started when the turnstile that gives access to the bakery began to signal the lack of command for the entry of customers into the bakery, which caused a certain inconvenience, since the signaling is a type of loud and constant "beep". My wife had a headache, so I decided to ask an attendant to check what could be that "beep", which had been ringing for about 20 minutes and no one went to check. The employee named WESLEY only said that it was the turnstile signaling the lack of command and simply turned away without wanting to reset the commands. We thought he was going to reset the controls, but no, he had his arms crossed at the bakery counter. We decided to call another employee to check the "beep" of the turnstile, which by now was taking our peace and spoiling our coffee. The employee was in a bad mood and said that there were few employees and that she was attending, and that this WESLEY was stopped without attending anyone. Aside from the problem with the turnstile beeper, we also witnessed the same employee, WESLEY, putting a dog out of the bakery with a broom and who just didn't hit the dog because my wife intervened, questioning if he would hit the dog. An addendum is, WESLEY was super annoyed with my wife's questioning, he was annoyed with our questioning about the beeping of the turnstile that bothered us and apparently he was unwilling to serve the bakery's customers, showing a rude and super behavior grumpy, even being very harsh with a homeless person who was in front of the bakery. Summary is, the employee reset the controls a little later, solving a problem that had a super simple solution. The bakery is good, as is what is served there, but the service is lacking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é muito bom e os preços são razoáveis, porém acessíveis. Você pode comer lá na padaria mesmo ou comprar para a viagem. Tudo bem embalado e os funcionários são bem honestos. Pedi uma coxinha de morango trufada, e a atendente me disse que não poderia me vender por que era creme e não estava legal para consumo. Amei demais essa honestidade que em muitos lugares(na maioria) não encontramos. Lá vale a pena comprar qualquer produto. Não tenho reclamações a fazer, somente elogios a todos os funcionários. Todos muito solícitos.
The service is very good and the prices are reasonable but affordable. You can eat there at the bakery or buy for the trip. Everything is well packed and the staff are very honest. I asked for a truffled strawberry drumstick, and the attendant told me that she couldn't sell it to me because it was cream and not legal for consumption. I loved this honesty so much that in many places (mostly) we don't find it. Any product is worth buying there. I have no complaints, only praise for all the staff. All very helpful.

Wonderful pizza perfect thin and soft dough, delicious and the sensational filling I loved it very neat I got a broccoli pizza (and I don't even like broccoli) it's one of 3 cheeses Ameiiiiiii
The sweet esfihas were very good, wonderful, only the prestigious one that the coconut was dry a little beyond beyond.
I loved the amazing service.
