Nas duas primeiras vezes que comprei na loja, eu solicitei algumas peças e elas me disseram que iriam separar, enviei quais seriam as peças e as cores desejadas mas quando passei para pegar elas não haviam separado nada e nem as devidas cores tinham na loja. (Sou de cidade de fora, mas pedi as peças e passei para pegar no mesmo dia).
Nessa última vez, eu pedi para separarem algumas peças da liquidação, pois eu e minha amiga iríamos comprar, pedi para ela separar as peças e fazer o link de cartão para eu já pagar, pois em mais ou menos meia hora/ vinte minutos, passaria para pegar, mas a vendedora me mandou um áudio dizendo que não separaria pois havia muito foco de cliente na loja e depois disso não me respondeu mais.
É muito legal o investimento nas novidades, ou peças de blogueiras, mas não adianta se não tiver investimento em bons funcionários.
Bad service.
The first two times I bought it at the store, I requested some pieces and they told me they would separate, I sent what would be the pieces and the colors I wanted, but when I went to pick them up, they had not separated anything and they didn't even have the proper colors in the store. (I'm from out of town, but I asked for the pieces and I went to pick them up the same day).
This last time, I asked them to separate some pieces from the sale, because my friend and I were going to buy, I asked her to separate the pieces and make the card link so I can pay, because in about half an hour / twenty minutes, it would pass to pick up, but the salesperson sent me an audio saying she wouldn't separate because there was a lot of customer focus in the store and after that she didn't answer me anymore.
It's really cool to invest in news, or bloggers' pieces, but it's no use if you don't have investment in good employees.
