★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz coleta de sangue para uns 26 exames. Foi bastante confortável do início ao fim. Entretanto, reforço aqui a reclamação da maioria sobre a ausência de uma central telefônica .
 I did blood collection for about 26 exams. It was quite comfortable from start to finish. However, here I reinforce the majority's complaint about the absence of a telephone exchange.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi informações pelo whatsapp sobre a realização de exame, só queria uma resposta sim ou não, perguntaram sobre a pescrição e eu disse que só queria aquele específico e simplesmente me ignoraram.
I asked for information on whatsapp about taking the exam, I just wanted a yes or no answer, they asked about the transcription and I said I just wanted that specific one and they just ignored me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É muito dificil a comunicaçao c esse laboratorio,pelo whatsap eles demoraram 6 horas p responder quais os procedimentos necessarios p se fazer o exame de sangue.Marquei uma coleta na minha casa as 8 horas ,ninguem apareceu nem me justificaram a ausencia,qudo foi 9:14 horas chegaram na minha casa mas nai fiz porque como nao sabia o horario da chegada ,nao ficaria em jejum. Por que nao me avisaram qse iriam atrasar? Achei de uma falta de respeito enorme,e ai me pergunto:uma clinica q nao tem respeito c as pessoas vai fazer exames confiaveis?Estou em duvidas
It is very difficult to communicate with this laboratory, through whatsap they took 6 hours to answer the necessary procedures to do the blood test. I made a collection at my house at 8 am, nobody showed up or justified my absence, when it was 9 : 14 hours arrived at my house but I did not do it because I did not know the arrival time, I would not be fasting. Why didn't they tell me they were going to be late? I thought of a huge lack of respect, and then I wonder: a clinic that has no respect and people will do reliable tests? I'm in doubt
