Entrei em contato com o mesmo, e depois de 6 ligações atenderam, mal educado, indiferente com os clientes. Falaram q o entregador tinha saído!! Esperamos mais 30 min e nada! Por fim pedi em outro lugar e ate agora estou esperando o entregador deles!! PESSIMO.. NAO RECOMENDO, NAO ENTREM NESSA FRIA QUE É ESTE LOCAL
Terrible establishment, more than 2:30hrs for an order that delivery was 40 min. I got in touch with him, and after 6 calls they answered, rude, indifferent to the customers. They said the delivery man had left!! We waited another 30 min and nothing! Finally I ordered elsewhere and so far I'm waiting for their delivery!! POORLY.. I DON'T RECOMMEND, DON'T ENTER THAT COLD THAT IS THIS PLACE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gosto muito do produto de vcs, porém hoje acabei decidindo não ser mais cliente de vcs, já pedi algumas vezes, e somente 1 vez não houve problema nenhum, a entrega é demorada, a resposta é demorada, já veio faltando ingrediente extra que paguei, já ESQUECERAM de fazer o meu pedido alegando que foi problema na plataforma, e hoje esperei quase 1 hora pra que alguém me respondesse no WhatsApp...enfim...não tem como. Quem decide trabalhar com delivery jamais pode ter erros tão graves e contínuos pelo que vejo em outras avaliações, parece ser um total descaso, não da mesmo pra esperar mais de 2 horas pra receber 1 copo de açai. Precisa ter um treinamento melhor do atendimento via delivery, acabam perdendo clientes por coisas relativamente fáceis de resolver...pena.
I really like your product, but today I ended up deciding not to be your customer anymore, I've already ordered a few times, and only once there was no problem, the delivery is delayed, the response is delayed, there was already missing extra ingredient that I paid for, THEY FORGOT to place my order alleging that it was a problem on the platform, and today I waited almost 1 hour for someone to answer me on WhatsApp...well...there's no way. Whoever decides to work with delivery can never have such serious and continuous errors, from what I see in other evaluations, it seems to be total neglect, you can't even wait more than 2 hours to receive 1 cup of açai. They need to be better trained in service via delivery, they end up losing customers for relatively easy things to solve... it's a pity.
