★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou a 1hr na fila, fiz um pedido antes de sair para dar uma volta pois notei que estava lotado, quando retornei fui perguntar sobre como estaria meu pedido. E estava de canto no mesmo local e certamente outros pedidos posteriores entraram na minha frente.
Quando me informaram que iria demorar mais meia hora, notei total descaso e desorganização do local. No mínimo como dono de comércio deveria o proprietário deveria no mínimo não me deixar mais meia hora ou ao menos reconhecer o erro.
Mas estou aqui ainda, aguardando..... não recomendo vir aqui se estiver com fome.
Cliente não só tem razão como é a sua unica fonte de renda, ao menos se coloque no meu lugar.
I'm 1 hour in line, I made an order before leaving for a walk because I noticed it was packed, when I returned I asked about how my order would be. And I was in the corner in the same place and certainly other requests later came in front of me.
When they informed me that it would take another half hour, I noticed total neglect and disorganization of the place. At the very least, as a business owner, the owner should at least not leave me another half hour or at least acknowledge the mistake.
But I'm still here, waiting...... I don't recommend coming here if you're hungry.
Client is not only right, it is your only source of income, at least put yourself in my place.
