★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A primeira compra foi tudo perfeito, mercadoria ficou pronta e chegou dentro do prazo estabelecido, fui informada todos os passo a passo. O produto é de qualidade, porém o atendimento quando comprei de novo foi péssimo, atrasou mais de 10 dias úteis , e ainda me passou as informações de quando ficaria pronto na maior má vontade. Sem contar que eu tive que me virar parar fazer contato com transportadora e quando surgia alguma dúvida mandavam eu me virar indiretamente e ligar para a empresa. Ah e alguns produtos não veio a cor que queria, em fim, não compro mais! Acho que quando a empresa cresce você também tem que crescer no investimento, por exemplo começando por contratar mais pessoas para atender e que tenha paciência, pois venda online, ninguém vê a cara de quem é a pessoa que está fornecendo, então a atenção tem que ser tanto quanto o atendimento físico!
The first purchase was all perfect, merchandise was ready and arrived within the established deadline, I was informed every step by step. The product is of quality, but the service when I bought it again was terrible, it delayed more than 10 working days, and it even gave me information about when it would be ready in the greatest ill will. Not to mention that I had to turn around to make contact with a carrier and when there was any doubt, I was told to turn around indirectly and call the company. Oh and some products didn’t come the color you wanted, in the end, I don’t buy more! I think that when the company grows you also have to grow in investment, for example starting by hiring more people to serve and be patient, because selling online, nobody sees the face of who is the person who is supplying, so the attention has to be as much as physical care!
