★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Após aguardar 2h por um pedido de 2pizzas GG o mesmo não foi entregue. A atendente não sabia nem informar se já havia saído e para a nossa decepção disse que estava sendo montado. Diante disso cancelamos, com 2 crianças com fome aguardando.
Tamanha falta de falta de respeito e compromisso com o cliente.

As uns 500 mentos de onde vocês entregam mas a menina deve estar querendo que percam freguês, disse que não está atendendo mas procura aqui é difícil de atender, dificuldade tem em qualquer lugar eu atendo clientes eu sei que tem uma lugares que é difícil mas venda e venda não posso escolher quem eu quero atender mas a atendente que fica no whatsapp foi extremamente rude e disse que não pode atender, verifique essa logística de entrega se não vai perder clientes na verdade perdeu muitos aqui não estão mas pedindo..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é péssimo, tantas reclamações e vcs ainda não melhoraram esse atendimento. Não dão conta de responder nem as mensagens no aplicativo. A pizza é boa, mas o atendimento pelo aplicativo é muito ruim. O tempo de espera é um absurdo. Vcs deveriam ter vergonha desse serviço prestado de péssima qualidade. E o pior é que vcs não se preocupam em melhorar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre pedir pizza lá nunca chegou em 2 horas . Agora se vc cancela é lógico que não vai chegar. Lá eu peço com hora marcada sempre no horário da mim hora está na minha casa. Amo a pizza deles igual não tem em Bel. Lá está sempre cheio. Devido a pizza ser a mas gostosa.

Pedi duas pizzas do maior tamanho, esperai por 2h. E nada de entregarem meu pedido, retornei a ligação e me disseram que estavam aguardando o motoboy, passou-se um tempo liguei novamente e disseram que estavam morando a pizza. Resumindo cancelei o pedido e digo a todos que o serviço de entrega dessa pizzaria não serve pra nada.
Obs. Ainda tiveram a cara de pau de perguntar se eu iria buscar as pizzas.
