★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência! Fomos no almoço no dia das mães (8/5) por sugestão minha, pois já havia jantado lá em outras ocasiões antes da pandemia. Só não imaginava que a qualidade tinha decaído tanto. O restaurante estava praticamente vazio (somente duas outras mesas ocupadas, além da nossa) e mesmo assim levou ca 1h30 para sermos servidos. Estávamos em 10 pessoas e cada dupla pediu a refeição com picanha que, em tese, deveria dar para 2 pessoas, porém veio tão pouca picanha que só dava mesmo para uma. Quando jantei vinha numa pedra aquecida, desta vez veio numa bandejinha e pra ajudar a carne estava parcialmente fria. Quando comentamos com a atendente o mau serviço prestado, esta nos deu como desculpa o I-Food, o que não consegui entender. Estávamos lá fisicamente, porém o atendimento remoto foi priorizado. Enfim, uma experiência desagradável que não pretendo repetir.
 Bad experience! We went for lunch on Mother's Day (8/5) at my suggestion, as I had already had dinner there on other occasions before the pandemic. I just didn't realize the quality had gone down so much. The restaurant was practically empty (only two other tables were occupied, besides ours) and even then it took ca 1h30 for us to be served. We were 10 people and each couple ordered the meal with picanha which, in theory, should be enough for 2 people, but there was so little picanha that it was only enough for one. When I had dinner it came on a hot stone, this time it came on a small tray and to help the meat was partially cold. When we commented to the attendant about the poor service provided, she gave us the I-Food as an excuse, which I couldn't understand. We were there physically, but remote service was prioritized. All in all, an unpleasant experience that I do not intend to repeat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje vim no dia das mães com a minha família. O restaurante estava vazio tinha apenas 1 família na nossa frente... Chegamos as 13h e já fizemos o pedido, recebemos a comida as 15h. A "picanha" que nos serviram era mal servida e chegou fria na mesa, além disso nem parecia picanha.
Atendimento ridículo, comida cara e ruim. Só nossa mesa ficou mais de $500 para comer MUITO mal. Estamos aqui ainda e nem retirar as bandejas os garçons não retiraram...
Obs : a mesa ao lado reclamou pois encontraram larva na salada.
NAO RECOMENDO NEM PRO MEU PIOR INIMIGO !!!!
Today I came for Mother's Day with my family. The restaurant was empty there was only 1 family in front of us... We arrived at 1 pm and we already ordered, we received the food at 3 pm. The "picanha" they served us was poorly served and arrived cold at the table, in addition it didn't even look like picanha.
Ridiculous service, expensive and bad food. Our table alone was over $500 to eat VERY poorly. We're still here and not even removing the trays, the waiters didn't remove...
Note: the table next door complained because they found larvae in the salad.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND EVEN TO MY WORST ENEMY!!!!
