★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um ventilador de presente para minha mãe ontem na laser eletro shopping Recife dia 20/02, quando cheguei em casa que entreguei o presente minha mãe agradeceu , porém pediu para trocar pois preferia de outra marca.
Estive hoje 21/02 na laser com o ventilador que nem cheguei a abrir e a nota fiscal e pedi para trocar por outro mais caro pagando a diferença claro.
Para minha surpresa o cliente lá não direito a nada, pois segundo atendente mau humorado de cheio arrogância disse que não pode troca
Por critérios da empresa.
O critério de lá e deixar o cliente insatisfeito, se for conseguiu.
Péssimo atendimento neste setor.
 I bought a fan as a gift for my mother yesterday at the laser electro shopping Recife on February 20, when I got home I gave the gift my mother thanked me, but asked to change it because she preferred another brand.
Today I was at the laser 21/02 with the fan that I didn't even open and the invoice and asked to change it for a more expensive one, paying the difference of course.
To my surprise, the customer there is not entitled to anything, as the second grumpy clerk of full arrogance said he cannot exchange
Per company criteria.
The criterion there and leave the customer dissatisfied, if it is succeeded.
Bad service in this sector.

Não tem estrutura para compra online, prometem que a mercadoria pode ser retirada em 24h, mas não liberam a mercadoria, nem email de confirmação de compra foi enviado. Atendimento presencial negligente, gerente n se mexe pra resolver o problema. Ou seja, só decepção.
I'm giving one star because I can't give none. Terrible! There is no structure for online purchase, they promise that the goods can be picked up within 24 hours, but they do not release the goods, nor was the purchase confirmation email sent. Negligent face-to-face service, manager doesn't move to solve the problem. In other words, just disappointment.
