Comprei uma mĂĄquina de lavar Electrolux e 8 kilos, no dia 05/01/2017.
O problema jå começou quando o carregador chegou com mal vontade, após receber o pagamento de R$30.00 do frete, foi logo embora.
Abri a embalagem, e logo constatei que o topo estava solto, liguei pra esta loja reclamando do problema, a qual me passou o nĂșmero da AssistĂȘncia TĂ©cnica Electrolux, liguei para mesma, e me enviaram o tĂ©cnico, ele constatou o problema, e me deu um comprovante para troca da mĂĄquina.
Fui na Lazer Eletro, e ao me dirigir com o comprovante até o gerente, ele com ar de sarcasmo me perguntou o que é isto?
Eu subtendi, e ele solicitou que uma atendente ligasse para a AssistĂȘncia TĂ©cnica, ela ligou, e mandou que eu guardasse 24hrs, nĂŁo conformado no dia seguinte liguei para a AssistĂȘncia e perguntei se alguĂ©m havia ligado para lĂĄ, a moça falou que nĂŁo receberĂĄ nenhuma ligação.
Logo combinei entĂŁo para pĂŽr a trava que veio faltando.
RESULTADO
A loja agiu de må fé.
