★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primeiro atendimento bom. Perde muito no pós venda. Falta empatia com o cliente quanto a problemas referentes a produtos adquiridos. No momento que fui na loja( realizar compra) pude presenciar 3 cenas que me fazem ter certeza que não é um lugar bom para compras de produtos com alto valor.
 Good first service. You lose a lot in the after sales. There is a lack of empathy with the customer regarding problems related to purchased products. The moment I went to the store (make a purchase) I was able to witness 3 scenes that make me sure that it is not a good place to buy high value products.
