★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compareci no dia 02/01/2018 para mobiliar meu quarto (tudo novo e pagamento a vista) NENHUM funcionário me atendeu (estavam a fofocar sobre os próprios colegas de trabalho) indignado fui pedir ajuda a uma das 2 caixas disponíveis. Sou informado que ela não poderia realizar a venda pra mim, ficando eu de mãos atadas e a mercê de funcionários preguiçosos, desqualificados e incompetentes. Preferi sair da loja, tenho amor ao meu dinheiro, nunca que eu iria ser mal atendido pra ainda por cima o vendedor ganhar comissão em cima disso! Era pra gerência tomar providências e era pro gerente fazer questão de atender esses clientes que assim como eu, não tiveram atendimento por parte dos vendedores. Além de não ganharem comissão eh claro.
I attended on 02/01/2018 to furnish my room (all new and cash payment) NO employee attended (they were gossiping about their own co-workers) outraged I went to ask for help from one of the 2 boxes available. I am informed that she could not make the sale for me, with my hands tied and the mercy of lazy, disqualified and incompetent employees. I preferred to leave the store, I have love for my money, never that I would be poorly attended to and the seller to earn commission on top of that! It was for management to take action and it was for the manager to make a point of serving these customers who, like me, did not receive any service from the salespeople. In addition to not earning commission of course.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha sogra comprou um televisão na loja só centro, comprou sábado dia 07/03/2020, no domingo ah loja eh fechada, na segunda feira foi feriado e Santa Rita não teve trasporte pq nós moramos na zona rural. Ela foi hoje ah loja e o problema dela não foi resolvido, está com defeito e o gerente não foi educado com ela. E ainda mandou ela ir ao Procon.
My mother-in-law bought a television at the store just downtown, she bought on Saturday, 07/03/2020, on Sunday the store is closed, on Monday it was a holiday and Santa Rita had no transportation because we live in the countryside. Today she went to the store and her problem was not solved, it is defective and the manager was not polite to her. And he even sent her to go to Procon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não comprem produtos nessa loja. Eles já vendem o produto com defeito para se livrarem e quando fui reclamar não trocaram o produto. Mandam a gente para o Procon e não resolvem nada. Mesmo o site falando que o prazo de troca é de 7 dias, eles se recusam e dizem que não trocam de jeito nenhum.
Do not buy products from this store. They already sell the defective product to get rid of it and when I went to complain they didn't exchange the product. They send us to Procon and don't solve anything. Even though the site says that the exchange period is 7 days, they refuse and say they don't exchange at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PIOR LOJA DA CIDADE! Atendimento péssimo, tanto por telefone quanto pessoalmente, além do gerente antipática, arrogante e despreparado. Essa loja é a materialização das "lojas mercenárias", que só querem saber de pegaro dinheiro do cliente, sem se importar com sua satisfação, depois da venda, que se exploda o cliente, é o que pensam certamente. Se você quer conhecer a Laser Eletro, vá no PROCON e veja o tanto de processos que tem lá deles. Qualquer reclamação que vc for fazer, a resposta deles está na ponta da língua "se vc esta achando ruim, vá no Procon reclamar". NÃO RECOMENDO!
WORST STORE IN TOWN! Terrible service, both over the phone and in person, in addition to the obnoxious, arrogant and unprepared manager. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu amei, entrei nessa loja e fui rapidamente atendida, não lembro o nome do atendente, mas ele foi super solícito, educado e paciente, se eu tivesse dinheiro compraria a loja toda com ele como vendendo.
I loved it, I entered this store and was quickly attended, I don't remember the name of the attendant, but he was super helpful, polite and patient, if I had money I would buy the whole store with him as selling.
