Na hora de vender foi ótimo, porém são muito desorganizados com as agendas, não atendem o celular, telefone... desmarcaram um horário meu sem me avisar, fui pra sessão e descobri que tinham esquecido de me informar, estou tentando a dias marcar um horário e ninguém atende nem responde mensagens. Não recomendo são péssimos com atendimento

Nunca tem vaga, faço sessão a cada 2 meses e minha última desmarcaram pedindo pra aguardar o retorno, ou seja quase 4 meses sem sessão porque nem respondem mais o whatsapp e o telefone é inexistente. NÃO COMPREM AQUI, vão passar raiva, e detalhe, pela demora nas sessões não vi resultado algum no corpo.
When selling, they are attentive. There's never a vacancy, I do a session every 2 months and my last one was canceled asking to wait for the return, that is, almost 4 months without a session because they don't even answer whatsapp anymore and the phone is non-existent. DO NOT BUY HERE, you will get angry, and detail, due to the delay in the sessions I didn't see any result in the body.

Após o fechamento do pacote e atendimento da 1° sessão, a clinica não consegue agendar o retorno com no máximo 40 dias, e ai começa a saga para achar uma data. Imagina fazer uma sessão de 2 em 2 meses? não vai ter resultado
Desmarcam a sessão com 1 hora antes da sessão já agendada e sempre falam a mesma coisa, "tivemos um imprevisto"
I do not recommend the clinic. The clinic sells more than what it can handle. After closing the package and attending the 1st session, the clinic cannot schedule the return with a maximum of 40 days, and then the saga begins to find a date. Can you imagine doing a session every 2 months? there will be no result
They cancel the session 1 hour before the session already scheduled and always say the same thing, "we had an unforeseen"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lamentável o atendimento deles, sempre foi muito ruim... Este ano contrataram uma atendente (se não me engano Jéssica o nome dela) muito interessada em nos ajudar e que atende muito bem. Mas infelizmente a rotatividade de funcionários é enorme, incluindo aplicadoras. Fiz uma sessão com uma aplicadora que me queimou demais, e ainda fui atendida em uma sala improvisada onde a maca era estreita, correndo inclusive risco de queda. Minhas ultimas sessões foram com uma ótima aplicadora, mas infelizmente já soube que ela saiu... Essa é a Laser Fast do Campinas Shopping, não vale o investimento que fiz de mais de 1800 reais há dois anos, e ainda não consegui concluir o processo...
(teria muito mais assuntos para expressar minha insatisfação com o serviço prestado, mas não vale a perca de tempo)

This is the Laser Fast from Campinas Shopping, it's not worth the investment I made of more than 1800 reais two years ago, and I still haven't been able to complete the process ...

Mas na hora de fechar o pacote te ligam insistentemente ! Depois que vc paga não atendem mais ! Não remarcam. uma palhaçada, uma falta de educação sem tamanho! devia ter vindo ver as avaliações antes de fechar qualquer coisa . Quero meu dinheiro de volta!
My session was scheduled for 10 am. I waited for 45 minutes and no one arrived at the clinic except the cleaning lady. They don't answer they don't answer. But when closing the package they call you insistently! After you pay, they don't answer anymore! Don't reschedule. a joke, an enormous lack of education! should have come to see the reviews before closing anything. I want my money back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É horrível !! Já vou para minha segunda mensalidade e não fiz nenhuma sessão, eles marcar três pessoas no mesmo horário e nunca tem aplicador para te atender!! Fora que uma das atende é grossa, péssimo atendimento não recomendo !! E ainda quereme que esperamos além do nosso horário. Todo mundo tem compromisso ! Se marcamos em um horário é pq sabemos que conseguimos ir , e queremos ser atendida na hora certa! Não ficar esperando! Imagina se marco na minha folga "Recomendo pela atendente" perco meu dia todo, e só passar raiva e isso pq trabalho no shopping Campinas mesmo e tá nessa enrolação!
It's horrible!! I'm already on my second monthly payment and I haven't had any sessions, they book three people at the same time and there's never an applicator to serve you!! Apart from that one of the answers is rude, bad service I do not recommend !! And they still want us to wait beyond our hours. Everyone is committed! If we make an appointment, it's because we know we can make it, and we want to be attended at the right time! Don't keep waiting! Imagine if I book on my day off "I recommend by the attendant" I lose my whole day, and just get angry and that's because I work at the Campinas mall and I'm in this mess!

Já estava estranhando o tempo de intervalo entre as sessões serem de 60 dias ou mais, na minha última sessão não foram agendadas todas as áreas que costumo fazer e quando questionei me falaram que estavam passando por mudanças no sistema e que eu deveria baixar o app para controlar (uma função que não deveria ser minha) remarcaram a sessão das áreas que fiz e das que não fiz para 30 dias e falaram pra eu pedir para aplicadora caprichar na sessão e aumentar a potência do laser já que fazia muito tempo que não realizava as sessões, um dia antes dessa sessão me mandaram mensagem dizendo que meu agendamento foi cancelado e para responder com horário disponível pra remarcar, respondi no mesmo dia e fiz outra reclamação, remarcaram a sessão para a semana seguinte e novamente no dia da sessão desmarcaram, pediram pra eu entrar em contato para remarcar, disse que como eles estavam desmarcando a responsabilidade de reagendar também era deles e desde então não me responderam mais.
Uma falta de respeito e profissionalismo. Abrirei uma reclamação no Procon.
Bad experience. I was already finding it strange that the interval time between sessions was 60 days or more, in my last session all the areas I usually do were not scheduled and when I questioned they told me that they were undergoing system changes and that I should download the app to control (a function that shouldn't be mine) they rescheduled the session of the areas I did and those I didn't do for 30 days and told me to ask the applicator to improve the session and increase the laser power since it had been a long time since I had performed the sessions, the day before this session they sent me a message saying that my appointment was canceled and to respond with a time available to reschedule, I replied on the same day and made another complaint, they rescheduled the session for the following week and again on the day of the session they unbooked, they asked for me to get in touch to reschedule, he said that as they were unscheduling the responsibility to reschedule was also theirs and since then they haven't answered me anymore.
A lack of respect and professionalism. I will open a complaint in Procon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência. Quem estiver pensando em ser cliente já fica a dica: Não contrata! Já estava achando ruim o tempo de intervalo de uma sessão pra outra passar de 2 meses e agora já fazem duas semanas que me mandaram mensagem dizendo que meu agendamento foi cancelado e para responder com horário disponível pra remarcar. Respondi no mesmo dia mas desde então não me responderam mais e se ligar no telefone ninguém atende. Enquanto isso o pagamento é cobrado todo mês e pelo andar da carruagem vou terminar de pagar sem ter feito nem metade das sessões. Se chegar 5 minutos atrasados eles simplesmente não atendem e mandam vc retornar em outra data. Parece que só tem uma pessoa pra fazer as sessões, não recomendo nem pra aquelas sessões que oferecem gratuitas. Aconteceu duas vezes de eu fazer a sessão na barba e no dia seguinte aparecer vários pontos de foliculite (ainda mais do que já aparecem ao fazer a barba com lâmina) e o engraçado é que estou fazendo essas sessões justamente pra parar com a foliculite causada por lâmina ou maquininha, sendo uma recomendação médica. Poderia ter opção de dar 0 estrelas, 1 já considero muito!
Bad experience. Whoever is thinking about being a customer, here's the tip: Don't hire! I was already finding the interval time from one session to another going beyond 2 months and now it's been two weeks since they sent me a message saying that my appointment was canceled and to respond with a time available to reschedule. I replied the same day but since then they have not responded and if I call on the phone no one answers. In the meantime, payment is collected every month and for the carriage ride I will finish paying without even halfway through the sessions. If you arrive 5 minutes late, they just don't answer and send you back on another date. It seems like there's only one person to do the sessions, I don't recommend it even for those sessions that offer free. It happened twice that I had the beard session and the next day several spots of folliculitis appeared (even more than they already appear when shaving with a razor) and the funny thing is that I'm doing these sessions precisely to stop the folliculitis caused by blade or machine, being a medical recommendation. Could have option to give 0 stars, 1 already consider a lot!
