★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha e experiência foi péssima por duas vezes tentei agendar a "promoção" a atendente começou a pegar meus dados e nunca mais falou no segundo dia uma outra atendente começou falar com tanta indiferença que desisti coitado do dono da franquia que não vê este tipo de atitude dos funcionário ruim que pena.
My experience was terrible, twice I tried to schedule the "promotion" the attendant started to take my data and never spoke again on the second day another attendant started talking with such indifference that I gave up the poor franchise owner who doesn't see this kind of attitude of the bad employee what a pity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A questão do agendamento é terrível, está sempre lotado, então em caso de imprevistos tem que esperar até dois meses para conseguir uma data nova.
Além disso falam pra chegar com alguns minutos de antecedência, o que não serve de nada, pois sempre atrasa o seu horário.
As depiladoras são simpáticas e o procedimento é ótimo, dessa parte não tenho o que reclamar.
Não fosse o que já foi relatado sobre os agendamentos, seria uma excelente clínica. Daqui a pouco estou terminando de pagar o tratamento e nem consegui fazer muitas sessões.
The scheduling issue is terrible, it's always crowded, so in case of unforeseen events you have to wait up to two months to get a new date.
They also tell you to arrive a few minutes in advance, which is of no use, as it always delays your schedule.
Epilators are nice and the procedure is great, this part I have nothing to complain about.
If it weren't for what has already been reported about the appointments, it would be an excellent clinic. In a little while I'm finishing paying for the treatment and I haven't even been able to do many sessions.

I did 10 armpit sessions and it didn't work, it reduced about 50 to 60% of the hair, and I didn't even have much hair.
