★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se desse pra avaliar com zero seria a melhor opção , levei dois computadores pra avaliarem e falaram que não compensava arrumar nenhum , fora que ficaram com meu carregador do notebook novinho , levei em outra assistência e arrumaram numa boa . Ahhh e o atendimento é péssimo !
If I could evaluate with zero would be the best option, I took two computers to evaluate and said that I could not compensate for any, except that they kept my new notebook charger, I took another assistance and got a good one. Ahhh and the service sucks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixei minha impressora para avaliação pois não estava imprimindo via Bluetooth, essa era minha única queixa. Muitos dias se passaram e quando liguei ainda não estava pronto. No entanto, recebi uma mensagem no WhatsApp onde eles afirmavam que o problema era o chip de compatibilidade do toner. Fizeram um orçamento e paguei 280 reais. Quando chego em casa com a impressora, o problema persiste, pois não era o toner, já que eu só estava usando o toner pirata e a impressora imprimia via cabo, o problema era o drive da impressora não instalado. Algo simples de fazer. Eles mesmo assim cobraram dinheiro por um problema que a impressora não apresentava, eles não conseguiram ajeitar minha impressora e acharam um problema que não existia pra ganhar o dinheiro. Isso é muito criminoso. Conversei com o proprietário, mas não houve acordo pra devolver o dinheiro. Resumindo, fiquei sem a impressora funcionando e ainda perdi 280 reais pra esses caras. E eles vem com um papo de honestidade há 20 anos e blá blá blá...empresas assim nunca vão pra frente.
I left my printer for evaluation as it wasn't printing via Bluetooth, that was my only complaint. Many days passed and when I called it was still not ready. However, I got a message on WhatsApp where they said the problem was the toner compatibility chip. They made a budget and I paid 280 reais. When I get home with the printer, the problem persists, it wasn't the toner, as I was only using pirated toner and the printer was printing via cable, the problem was the printer driver not installed. Something simple to do. They still charged money for a problem that the printer didn't have, they couldn't fix my printer and found a problem that didn't exist to earn the money. This is very criminal. I spoke with the owner, but there was no agreement to return the money. In short, I didn't have the printer working and I still lost 280 reais to these guys. And they've been talking honestly for 20 years and blah blah blah...companies like that never go forward.
