★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Essa avaliação vai depender do seu entendimento do caso. Deixei o carro numa segunda-feira para trocar dois pneus e acabei comprando mais dois, total de produtos e serviços R$845. No domingo, com mais atenção, notei a roda quebrada nos contornos dos parafusos, conforme a foto. O carro dorme em garagem, fica pouco tempo na rua. Levei na Laser e falaram que não foi lá, quiseram até me convencer de que seria impossível arranhar dessa forma, porém qualquer um sabe que se usar displicentemente a pistola vai causar esse tipo de arranhão. Ficaram falando que se quisesse eles pagariam pelo conserto, mas eu sou justo, se não foi lá, não tem pq cobrar da empresa. Fica então sua interpretação, fosse seu carro teria sido lá? Não acha que a empresa poderia assumir o ônus da dúvida e consertar? Fica outra sugestão a quem for fazer serviços lá, tire foto das rodas antes do serviço e confira depois do serviço.

Não entendi! depois que mandou eu entrar veio dizer que não alinhava nem balanceada pneu remoldado e pra que me fez entrar ! Só perca de tempo ! Não volto e não indico ninguém! Tem uma loja de pneus excelente atendimento! Muito melhor ! Super indico ! E do outro lado da rua e antes dessa !
