Fiz o projeto da casa completa, porém pedi a instalação da cozinha antes, justamente para avaliar o serviço completo. Foi a melhor coisa que fiz! A instalação da cozinha aconteceu em Julho/21 e após todos os problemas enfrentados, fechei o resto do projeto com outra empresa. Hoje, quase 1 da instalação e vários consertos depois (sim, eu disse conserto de móvel novo), ainda estou com 90% das gavetas sem funcionamento perfeito e a cada dia o móvel apresenta novos defeitos (qualidade péssima). Então, não se deixe enganar pela beleza da loja e atendimento dos vendedores, pois nem mesmo o preço é bom.
Detalhe que paguei até mais barato pelo resto do projeto da casa inteira, em outra empresa, e não tive nem mesmo um ajuste.
Service from sellers is good, but the material is of poor quality, extremely bad service and the after-sales service is equally bad! I made the project of the complete house, but I asked for the installation of the kitchen before, precisely to evaluate the complete service. It was the best thing I ever did! The kitchen installation took place in July/21 and after all the problems faced, I closed the rest of the project with another company. Today, almost 1 of the installation and several repairs later (yes, I said new furniture repair), I still have 90% of the drawers not working perfectly and every day the furniture has new defects (terrible quality). So, don't be fooled by the beauty of the store and the service of the sellers, because even the price is not good.
Detail that I paid even cheaper for the rest of the whole house project, in another company, and I didn't even have an adjustment.
