★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiquei chateada com um evento ocorrido, ao qual depois de 1 Mês de espera para ser atendida, no dia da consulta a secretária da dra. me liga dizendo, que a dra.Ana não iria atender ao plano que eu tenho, pois daria prioridade nesses 2 meses que são final de ano, para manutenção de aparelhos. Muito chato essa situação, pois deveria ter avisado com antecedência.
I was upset with an event, which after 1 month of waiting to be seen, on the day of the consultation, Dr. Call me saying that Dr. Ana would not attend to the plan that I have, as she would give priority in these 2 months, which are the end of the year, for equipment maintenance. Very annoying this situation, as I should have warned in advance.
