★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estivemos na loja ontem, pois já conhecíamos alguns dos queijos e sabíamos da sua qualidade. Apesar de termos sido muito bem atendidos pelos funcionários da loja, tivemos uma experiência bem decepcionante mais cedo com o funcionário Clóvis, com quem tentamos agendar um almoço no restaurante do local. Ligamos logo pela manhã, mas ele simplesmente diz que não há mais vagas (no caso, para um casal) e pronto!
É zero empático com a frustração de quem veio de tão longe e não conseguiu conhecer o restaurante, que esteve fechado nos dia 11 e 12 de outubro, apesar do feriado.
Se eu já não conhecesse os queijos, teria desistido de ir só pelo atendimento que recebi ao telefone.
 We were at the store yesterday as we already knew some of the cheeses and we knew their quality. Although we were very well attended by the store employees, we had a very disappointing experience earlier with the employee Clóvis, with whom we tried to schedule lunch at the local restaurant. We call first thing in the morning, but he just says there are no more vacancies (in this case, for a couple) and that's it!
He is zero empathetic with the frustration of those who came from so far away and were unable to visit the restaurant, which was closed on October 11th and 12th, despite the holiday.
If I didn't already know the cheeses, I would have given up going just because of the service I received on the phone.

É um local em que você pode comprar queijos refinados por um preço bem mais interessante que nas lojas especializadas, além de poder degustar. Nesta visita experimentamos o Taleggio, simplesmente divino.
Se estiver em Bueno Brandão e região não deixe de fazer uma visita.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência péssima ,compro queijos deles a 4 anos todos os meses para o meu estabelecimento,não devo 1 real para eles,mas em tempos difíceis atrasamos alguns dias 2 boletos ,cortaram nosso crédito na hora e não é só isso ,fomos tratados feito bandidos a última vez que fomos buscar os queijos ,porque eles não entregam para Clientes menores,só para os grandes. Queijo de excelente qualidade mas o trato com os clientes é horrível . MAS NÃO ESQUEÇAM ,QUEM PAGA OS SALÁRIOS DE TODOS VOCÊS SOMOS NÓS.
Bad experience, I buy cheese from them for 4 years every month for my establishment, I don't owe them 1 real, but in difficult times we delay a few days 2 boletos, they cut our credit on time and that's not all, we were treated like thieves to last time we went to get the cheeses, because they don't deliver to smaller customers, only to large ones. Excellent quality cheese but the customer service is horrible. BUT DON'T FORGET, WHO PAYS THE WAGES OF ALL OF YOU IS US.
