Não foi uma experiência muito boa, reparei que há várias reclamações no Reclame Aqui com a mesma causa.

E uso o leite em pó p servir no açai
Por fim nunca tinha usado o vale Carioca foi uma decepção total pois o leite cheira a estragado e os clientes todos reclamando, experiência horrível.
Obs: procurem melhorar pois vomo podem colocar um produto desse tipo pra consumo.

And I use powdered milk to serve in açai
Finally, I had never used Vale Carioca, it was a total disappointment because the milk smells spoiled and the customers all complain, a horrible experience.
Note: try to improve because you can put a product of this type for consumption.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei 4 potes de manteigas de 200g no Guanabara e eles vieram fora do padrão, moles demais até mesmo dentro da geladeira. Fiz reclamação no Facebook da empresa e fui prontamente atendida e me ofereceram reembolso ou reposição do produto comprado. Optei pela reposição e recebi produtos de qualidade e com ótimo sabor, ganhei amostras dos iogurtes também.
I bought 4 pots of 200g butter at Guanabara and they came out of standard, too soft even in the fridge. I complained on the company's Facebook and was promptly answered and they offered me a refund or replacement of the purchased product. I opted for replacement and received quality products with great taste, I also got samples of the yogurts.
