★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O prefeito de Três Rios, Josimar Salles, acompanhado do secretário de Indústria e Comércio, Ricardo Rocha, recebeu em seu gabinete nesta quarta-feira (07) a gerente de Relações Institucionais e Governamentais da Nestlé, Simone Garcia, e o conselheiro executivo da Laticínios Bela Vista, José Pereira Silveira. A Nestlé Brasil, maior empresa de alimentos e bebidas do mundo, e o Laticínios Bela Vista, proprietários das marcas Piracanjuba e LeitBom, anunciaram um acordo que firma parceria entre as duas empresas para a produção e distribuição de leite UHT no país.
Por meio desse acordo, a Nestlé vai licenciar suas marcas Ninho e Molico, exclusivamente para o segmento de leite líquido no Brasil, para o Laticínios Bela Vista, por um período de dez anos. O objetivo da parceria é que os donos da marca Piracanjuba acelerem a expansão do segmento UHT no país a partir de sua reconhecida expertise no mercado de leites e posicionem as duas marcas icônicas da Nestlé como líderes também nessa categoria.
Pelo acordo entre as empresas, o Laticínios Bela Vista assumirá as unidades da Nestlé que hoje produzem os leites UHT, aproveitando, assim, as linhas já instaladas e, principalmente, absorvendo os funcionários dessas localidades: Três Rios (RJ) e Araraquara (SP) e parte da fábrica de Carazinho (RS).
Um dos pontos fundamentais ao longo da negociação entre as empresas foi a manutenção dos postos de trabalho. Além disso, as duas empresas estão comprometidas com uma transição bem-sucedida do negócio, de modo a não impactar os consumidores, fornecedores ou os pontos de venda.
"A união dessas duas grandes empresas é a garantia do desenvolvimento das atividades industriais em nossa cidade, fomentando a economia local e gerando emprego e renda", disse o prefeito Josimar Salles.
Nos próximos dias, os termos do acordo serão submetidos ao Conselho Administrativo de Defesa Econômica (CADE). A estimativa é de que a operação entre em vigor até o fim do ano.

Under the agreement between the companies, Laticínios Bela Vista will take over Nestlé units that today produce UHT milks, thus taking advantage of the lines already installed and, mainly, absorbing the employees of these locations: Três Rios (RJ) and Araraquara (SP) and part of the Carazinho (RS) plant.
One of the fundamental points during the negotiation between companies was the maintenance of jobs. In addition, the two companies are committed to a successful business transition, so as not to impact consumers, suppliers or points of sale.
"The union of these two large companies is the guarantee of the development of industrial activities in our city, fostering the local economy and generating jobs and income", said Mayor Josimar Salles.
In the coming days, the terms of the agreement will be submitted to the Administrative Council for Economic Defense (CADE). It is estimated that the operation will take effect until the end of the year.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aqui na antiga Nestlé que é a piracajuba ou( piracambucha )Nao tem estacionamento pra caminhão e carreta . nem banheiros que atende pra nossa classe(toma um banho ) . quando chega pra fazee a entrada dos documentos na portaria eles orintam a ir pro posto ipirangao na BR 040 no km 17 sentido rio de janeiro e o retomo e longe os primeiros retono que são perto a autura do bau dependendo pega na instrutura da ponte por isso que tem que anda alguns quilómetros a mais pra fazer o retorno em minas e depois para no posto fiscal pra carimba o CTE no retorno pro rio. Esse posto nao tem sinal de celular so funciona operadora vivo mas tem no estacionamento do posto wifi mas nao é muito bom porque so pega quando tem poucas pessoas usando. E pra fica no posto pra pernoitar tem que paga 50 reais ou abastecer, fez um dos dois ganha a ficha pra banho blz gurizada fica a informação pra todos caminhoneiros. Esqueci de fala acompanhate na pode entra na empresa tem que fica na recepção num banco duro de madeira se encosto sem conforto .
