I bought the "half-cure pattern" in itatiaia / rj and it was very salty. I contacted them complaining and did not return.

I bought cheese at the Tijuca cheese house at the change it was fresh but no flavor at all without salt I think it was the worst Fresh cheese I ate a shame because I bought it with my eyes closed because it was made in Itamonte and a disappointing experience note 1
