★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moro a mais de 3 km de você, porém costumamos a ir à loja do bicão, pela qualidade e atendimento. Infelizmente já tivemos vários casos de produtos e atendimento falhos. Hoje foi o Ápice da falta de atenção com o cliente. Hoje meu aniversário minha esposa fez encomenda de pão de sal e doce e frios. Um serviço que tem um valor alto e deveria ser de qualidade. Quando ela chegou à loja não tinham separado e com isso não tinham nada do que ela tinha encomendado. Para piorar a história o pedido dela estava preso em um quadro de pedidos bem atrás do balcão. Fica aqui minha indignação e tristeza de saber que nos deslocamos para receber um bom atendimento e infelizmente o cliente não tem valor.
I live more than 3 km from you, but we usually go to the bicão store, for the quality and service. Unfortunately, we have already had several cases of flawed products and services. Today was the culmination of the lack of attention to the customer. Today my birthday my wife ordered bread of salt and sweet and cold. A service that has a high value and should be of quality. When she arrived at the store they had not separated and therefore they had nothing of what she had ordered. To make matters worse, her order was stuck on an order board right behind the counter. Here is my indignation and sadness to know that we travel to receive a good service and unfortunately the customer is worthless.

There is little space for locomotion inside the store and the cashier is poorly positioned at the exit. On the other hand, it has a good variety of products.
