★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Costumava comprar queijos e frios com frequência, visto que sou vizinha de bairro. Porém, tive um problema com um queijo comprado, q mofou ainda dentro da validade e lacrado. Ao solicitar a troca do mesmo, a pessoa responsável ficou falando que havia sido mal armazenado, q estava fora da geladeira, etc e não quis trocar. Expliquei q ele não estava fora da geladeira, só tirei para levar até o estabelecimento (moro a 2min de lá). Depois de muita discussão e muito stress, devolveram o dinheiro. Uma pena este tipo de mentalidade, se o queijo estivesse ok eu teria consumido e comprado mais, não iria perder meu tempo para fazer a troca. Precisam rever este tipo de tratamento com o cliente, estão errados e ainda fazem a gente passar nervoso. Não piso mais aí.
I used to buy cheeses and cold cuts frequently, since I am a neighborhood neighbor. However, I had a problem with a purchased cheese, which mold still expired and sealed. When requesting the exchange of the same, the responsible person kept saying that it had been poorly stored, that it was out of the refrigerator, etc. and did not want to exchange it. I explained that he wasn't out of the fridge, I just took it out to take him to the establishment (I live 2 minutes away). After much discussion and stress, they returned the money. A pity this kind of mentality, if the cheese was ok I would have consumed and bought more, I would not waste my time making the switch. They need to review this type of treatment with the client, they are wrong and they still make us nervous. I don't walk there anymore.
