Hoje fiz uma ligação para a loja de Artur alvim, me informaram que não entregam na minha residência que fica na ( alamandas o lado de Artur alvim).
Liguei na luka da jose bonifacio e informaram que o pedido iria sair em 30 min, isso era 20:30 quando deu 21:10 liguei na luka jose bonifacio, e a atendente ja começou errada com arrogância achando que estava nos prestando um favor, e no decorrer da conversa para n assumar o BO ela mudou de nome 3 vezes uma vez Carol a segunda vez Rafaela e a terceira Carol novamente, e nessa mentira e enrolação ela me informou que os pedidos estão saindo pela loja de Artur alvim (a mesma loja que informou que n faz entrega na minha residencia) e n contente, mentiram novamente falando que após o pedido é uma hora para ficar pronto e mais uma hora e meia só para entregar! Horrivel.
Por esse descaso gravei todas as ligações, vou ao procon segunda feira fazer uma denuncia como consumidor pois isso não se faz!
