Comprei uma bota da comfortflex no dia 11/05/2021 (apenas 10 dias atrás) na loja de vocês do máxi shopping.
Fiquei impressionada e confesso, desconfiada por conta do valor.
Porém, por ser da comfortflex, que eu já uso e conheço, eu comprei.
Usei a bota 3 vezes e hoje percebi que ela estava descascando inteira.
Fui até a loja, só tinha uma vendedora nela, e ela me informou que é um situação de troca, mas que eu teria que retornar depois porque a gerente, ou dona, só estaria na loja após as 15:00.
A gerente entrou em contato comigo por WhatsApp e resolveu o problema. Foi super solicita e não fez objeções em me atender da melhor forma possível.
Graças a esse atendimento de primeira, eu voltaria a tentar comprar algo, pela segurança garantida que a loja me ofereceu.
Me surpreendi. Estão de parabéns, apesar de ter tido um problema, ele foi perfeitamente solucionado.
My first experience was not very good as to the quality of an item, but the assistance that the store gave was impeccable.
I bought a comfortflex boot on 05/11/2021 (just 10 days ago) at your store in the max mall.
I was impressed and I confess, suspicious because of the value.
However, because it is from comfortflex, which I already use and know, I bought it.
I wore the boot 3 times and today I noticed that it was peeling whole.
I went to the store, there was only one salesperson in it, and she informed me that it is an exchange situation, but that I would have to return later because the manager, or owner, would only be in the store after 3 pm.
The manager contacted me via WhatsApp and solved the problem. It was super solicitous and had no objection to serving me in the best possible way.
Thanks to this first-rate service, I would try to buy something again, for the guaranteed security that the store offered me.
I was surprised. Congratulations, despite having a problem, it was perfectly solved.
