RESPOSTA AO COMENTÁRIO: Infelizmente vocês trabalham com meia verdade. Anteriormente me disseram que o plano estava demorando a autorizar, liguei na operadora e descobri que vocês sequer tinham pedido a autorização. Falei novamente com vocês e só depois disso pediram. O plano de fato negou por um procedimento padrão, liguei para eles e me explicaram que era simples para resolver, bastava assinarmos juntos uma carta. Falei com vocês e depois de me enrolarem dois meses disseram que não teriam agenda para atender. Vamos lembrar que vocês me induziram a fazer dois procedimentos que não fui eu que pedi, alegando que o plano tinha exigido para que meu procedimento fosse realizado, e depois vieram falar que não realizariam o procedimento que eu precisava por falta de agenda. Tentei resolver com vocês disse que era desonesto isso, fizeram o procedimento que vocês recebem mais por ele, sem eu pedir, e não quiseram realizar o restante do tratamento. Uma pena, falta de respeito e consideração com o paciente. Se é para resolver com o plano, vamos lá então, mandamos a carta e concluímos o procedimento, esse é o caminho honesto. Porquê não fizeram isso? Falta de respeito com o cliente.

I tried to solve it with you, I said it was dishonest, they did the procedure that you receive more for him, without me asking, and they didn't want to carry out the rest of the treatment. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ iniciei meus procedimentos no mês 4 /2021 fiz um canal CUJO OS DENTISTA DE LA NÃO fecha tem que ficar trocando de dentista cada mínimo procedimento, e desde então sigo com alguns dentes só no curativo preciso fazer 3 próteses e eles falam que o plano não liberou, más a colega de trabalho que fazia o mesmo tratamento la saiu foi para outro consultório e de um dia para o outro o plano liberou.
tive que ir la varias vezes e não resolve meu problema só perca de tempo e dinheiro nos gastos de ida e volta não recomendo, pois tem otima estrutura mas baixa qualidade na prestação do serviço.
