★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje fui lavar minhas roupas e na hora da secagem simplesmente nenhuma das máquinas de cartão funcionava. Foi frustrante colocar as roupas úmidas na bolsa sendo que nem espaço em casa tenho para secar. O telefone no qual prometem atendimento ao cliente não funciona. O livro de reclamações existe porém não há caneta.
 Today I went to wash my clothes and at the time of drying simply none of the card machines worked. It was frustrating to put the damp clothes in the bag and I don't even have space to dry at home. The phone on which they promise customer service does not work. The complaints book exists but there is no pen.

The service is self-service, you pay by card. It's very practical. I went to wash a shower curtain. It lasted 30min. I paid BRL 18.00

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prática e útil. Não precisa levar sabão nem amaciante. Em pouco mais de 1 hora a roupa sai quentinha e cheirosa.
Practical and useful. You don't need to bring soap or fabric softener. In just over 1 hour the clothes come out warm and smelling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive ontem a noite na lavanderia com minha esposa e, na ocasião, estava bem suja. Ademais, não havia papel e álcool para limpeza da bancada reservada à dobra das roupas.
Com relação ao local onde está instalada, este é bem seguro e confortável. Portanto, a crítica fica apenas quanto a limpeza.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This laundromat is self-service 24 hours a day/7 days a week, including holidays and weekends. It is located inside a shopping plaza next door to a police precinct with several 24-hour security agents constantly patrolling the venue to ensure your safety and to protect all the stores inside. For one large load to wash, it takes 43 minutes. Smaller loads take less time. The price to wash is $R18 between the hours of 6:00am to 0:00midnight. From midnight to 6:00am, they offer a discount to wash for only $R14 per load, regardless of the weight. You can only pay by credit or debit card. There are 3 washing machines and 3 dryers. I think it also costs the same to dry. This location does not provide free WiFi but the grocery store that is next door has open WiFi that may work (it did not work for me). There is a fan but no AC unit. There is no television. There are 3 chairs for you to sit and wait. This facility does provide a laundry basket and offers disinfect spray. There are several security cameras inside the location to capture every angle of this place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was very nice to find this laudry in Copacabana. I just think the machines should be cleaned more times a day. There are many people washing and drying clothers all day! What about air conditioning, even one tv screm or wi-fi? My clothers were very well washed and dried. I loved the smell of the perfume left on the clothes.
