★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amei laundromat. Trinta min pra lavar e quarenta e cinco min pra secar. 15 reais cada serviço. Vale a pena. As roupas saem quentinhas, limpas e super cheirosas. Dependendo da temperatura as roupas não saem torcidas. aproveitei e fiz umas comprinhas no Carrefour logo em cima.
 Loved laundromat. Thirty minutes to wash and forty-five minutes to dry. 15 reais each service. It is worth it. The clothes come out warm, clean and super smelling. Depending on the temperature, the clothes are not twisted. I took advantage and did some shopping at Carrefour right above.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A melhor de Todas! Incontestável a melhor lavanderia de Fortaleza ou como diria a ex presidenta Dilma, "do mundo e da Galáxia" valeu a pena!!! R$ 15 pra lavar + R$ 15 pra secar gente!!!!!! É bom demais!!!!! Aconselho! Sem falar que é muito rápido e sai com a qualidade de uma máquina funcionando em tempo mais estendido em casa (tipo, umas 2,5 horas, no modo mais pesado)! Sensacional!
The best of all! Undoubtedly the best laundry in Fortaleza or as former president Dilma would say, "of the world and the Galaxy" was worth it !!! R $ 15 to wash + R $ 15 to dry people !!!!!! Is too good!!!!! I advise! Not to mention that it is very fast and comes out with the quality of a machine running in a longer time at home (like, 2.5 hours, in the heaviest mode)! Sensational!

Em resposta: Deu para perceber Laundromat, por sua resposta, que o senso de interpretação e a capacidade de receber feedback não é bem aceito pela empresa. Eu sendo jovem atendi pelo menos dois casais idosos no dia que estive no local, e minha observação foi exatamente baseado na experiência. Ademais fiz contato sim com um de seus canais, talvez seja o caso de olhar seu Bot e ver as respostas dadas por seus atendentes. O público idoso não foi subestimado por min, identifiquei a insegurança destes de por estarem pela primeira vez não saberem como utilizar. Fica a dica para incluir totem com vídeo explicativo. Vi no histórico de resenhas que outros pontuaram algo a melhorar.
Sobre a avaliação, está correta. 5 estrelas é um local que pensa em tudo e todas as circunstâncias. A isso no meio empresarial chamamos "não nos contentamos onde estamos e sempre buscarmos por melhorias."
