Great experience, the most comfortable I've ever visited in Belém, a super clean and organized store, the clothes come out well washed and smelling (using the tailor-made basket correctly) has a convenience next to it with a very good bakery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não tive uma experiência muito boa, no último final de semana fui a lavanderia e utilizei 2 lavadoras 1 queen onde a lavagem custa 30,01 reais e outra lavadora normal onde custa 15,00, coloquei as roupas nas máquinas e fui até as maquininha passar o cartão, passei no débito e na hora de liberar as máquinas deu um erro na maquininha e não liberou as máquinas mas foi debitado da minha conta 45,01 reais da depois de uns 15 min esperando liberar as máquinas ou o valor ser estornado ambas as opções sem sucesso paguei novamente 45,01 passando o cartão na outra maquininha pra aí sim liberar a lavagem e não consegui falar com ninguém pra me devolverem meu dinheiro pós não tem co nato algum mas consegui no Instagram um email de tem 6 dias que mandei mas até o momento ninguém me respondeu

Lavanderia de autoatendimento. As vezes falta a consciência dos USUÁRIOS. Mas pra mim que sou cliente assídua, É P-E-R-F-E-I-T-A.
The best franchise in Bethlehem. Peak times are always in the morning, on any day of the week, and late in the afternoon. Always clean machines, best washing system. Self-service laundry. Sometimes the USER's awareness is lacking. But for me as a regular customer, it's P-E-R-F-E-I-T-A.
