Uma das experiências mais frustrantes, pedir algo para comer, pagar por isso, e não vir como pediu e muito menos na qualidade esperada, perdi o apetite.

Acho absurdo o cliente ter que se levantar prá ir pegar o pedido no balcão.
Em outros lugares bem menores, como em outra padaria no mesmo bairro, a atendente leva seu pedido até a mesa. Tenho 70 anos e dificuldade de locomoção. Deixei de ir tomar café ou fazer lanche presencial.
I go there all the time, just for the trip.
I think it's absurd for the customer to have to get up to pick up the order at the counter.
In other, much smaller places, like at another bakery in the same neighborhood, the attendant takes your order to the table. I am 70 years old and have limited mobility. I stopped going for coffee or having lunch in person.
