★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive no CEATOX acompanhando um senhor quase idoso que havia sido picado por escorpião. O atendimento não foi negligente de maneira nenhuma. Conseguimos pronto atendimento.
Minha única ressalva é ao atendimento via telefone que, apesar de ser divulgado, não funciona.
 I was on CEATOX accompanying an almost elderly man who had been stung by a scorpion. The service was not negligent in any way. We got prompt service.
My only caveat is the telephone service which, despite being publicized, does not work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha irmã teve bebê a 3 meses atrás e disse que lá tem um ótimo atendimento, uma ótima equipe, que a comida é muito boa o único problema é o local para o acompanhante dormir que é numa cadeira de plástico.
My sister had a baby 3 months ago and said that there is great service, a great staff, that the food is very good, the only problem is the place for the companion to sleep, which is in a plastic chair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tem todo o atendimento necessário para um bom tratamento, mas precisa melhorar a questão da marcação dos encaminhamentos internos ao em vez de mandar para os psf's que não atendem com a mesma agilidade e necessidade dos usuários.
It has all the necessary care for a good treatment, but it needs to improve the issue of scheduling internal referrals instead of sending them to the psf's that do not respond with the same agility and need of users.

Pagamos impostos para causarem transtornos a população, falta de acesso, congestionamento diario, será que ninguém tem coerencia para administrar esse transtorno, todo dia, congestionamento e dificuldade para a população, falta capacidade na condução do simples estacionamento.
The lack of capacity in the organization of hospital parking is ironic. We pay taxes to cause inconvenience to the population, lack of access, daily congestion, does anyone have the coherence to manage this inconvenience, every day, congestion and difficulty for the population, lack of capacity to conduct the simple parking lot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca precisei desse Hospital mas a minha irmã está precisando ser internada para realizar uma cirurgia de urgência , e um exame que para fazer no HUJP tem que está internada, pois elaota longe, mas só dizem que não tem vaga se ela morre que se respo nsabiliza ,fico indignada com isso dpois quando querem conseguem rapidinho
I never needed this Hospital but my sister needs to be hospitalized to perform an emergency surgery, and an exam that to do at the HUJP has to be hospitalized, because she is far away, but they only say that there is no vacancy if she dies that she takes responsibility , I get indignant about it, when they want to get it quickly
