Apesar de o acesso não ser dos melhores, a experiência de um almoço ou jantar de alto nível admirando a belíssima paisagem fazem tudo valer a pena. É importante fazer a reserva antecipadamente para que a administração possa se programar e oferecer o melhor do seu serviço. Voltarei e recomendo
The atmosphere, service and quality of the dishes make up for the trip. Although access is not the best, the experience of a high level lunch or dinner admiring the beautiful landscape makes it all worthwhile. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Que lugar fenomenal! Vale a pena demais uma ida, uma visita é obrigatória pra quem gosta de bom atendimento e boa comida. A vista é um espetáculo a parte, é tão linda que deveria cobrar couvert artístico. A carta de vinhos é muito boa. As entradas já são uma excelente prévia. Os pratos são muito saborosos e as sobremesas fecham com chave de ouro. Sem sombra de dúvidas são um ponto turístico indispensável pra quem vai até Serra Negra. Faz a reserva e aproveita!
What a phenomenal place! It's worth a trip too, a visit is mandatory for those who like good service and good food. The view is a spectacle in itself, it is so beautiful that it should have an artistic cover charge. The wine list is very good. Entries are already an excellent preview. The dishes are very tasty and the desserts close with a golden key. Without a shadow of a doubt, they are an indispensable tourist spot for anyone going to Serra Negra. Make the reservation and enjoy!

Que recomendo que provem o gin Tônica com pitanga, de prato principal recomendo o camarão à pernambucana.

A uma altitude acima de 900mts do nível do mar, você poderá contemplar um belíssimo pôr do Sol.
O jantar é maravilhoso, pratos bem elaborados e drinks surpreendentes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vale a pena, viajar mais de cem quilômetros pra conhecer um restaurante? Bem, se o restaurante em questão for o Laus, a resposta é sim!
Situado no local mais charmoso e bucólico de bezerros, bem afastado do Polo cultural, o restaurante é um espetáculo logo na entrada, com uma vista de tirar o fôlego.
Muito bem decorado, funcionários super simpáticos, música escolhida pela própria proprietária que escolhe em meio a dezenas de discos de vinil, e coloca numa vitrola.
A comida? Bem, simplesmente fantástica! Por favor, provem o joelho de porco. É magnífico. Não deixa nada a Dever nãos só aos melhores restaurantes de Recife como também do Brasil.
A culinária é contemporânea, com aquele toque de sustentabilidade, onde os ingredientes, são da própria comunidade ou mesmo plantados lá.
Cabe alguns avisos importantes pra quem deseja, conhecer esse lugar incrível;
1) Faça reserva antes. O local é pequeno e só funciona (até onde eu sei, só nos finais de semana). Você reserva pelo telefone (aplicativo de mensagens), paga 180,00 ou 120,00 reais dependendo da localização da mesa (afinal, você pode querer jantar ao por do sol no alto da colina, não?) adiantado, e no dia, tudo é revertido em consumação, caso ultrapasse, obviamente que você pagará a diferença.
2) O acesso é um pouco, complicado pois pega um trecho de estrada de barro. Más qualquer carro chega fácil lá. Pelo menos sem chuva acho.

Is it worth traveling more than 100 kilometers to get to know a restaurant? Well, if the restaurant in question is Laus, the answer is yes!
Located in the most charming and bucolic place of calves, well away from the cultural center, the restaurant is a spectacle right at the entrance, with a breathtaking view.
Very well decorated, super friendly staff, music chosen by the owner herself who chooses from dozens of vinyl records, and puts it on a record player.
The food? Well, just fantastic! Please try the pork knuckle. It's magnificent. It leaves nothing to be desired not only to the best restaurants in Recife but also in Brazil.
The cuisine is contemporary, with that touch of sustainability, where the ingredients are from the community itself or even planted there.
There are some important warnings for those who want to know this incredible place;
1) Book in advance. The place is small and only works (as far as I know, only on weekends). You book over the phone (messaging app), pay 180.00 or 120.00 reais depending on the location of the table (after all, you might want to have dinner at sunset on the top of the hill, right?) in advance, and on the day, everything is reversed in consummation, if it exceeds, obviously you will pay the difference.
2) Access is a bit complicated because it takes a stretch of dirt road. But any car gets there easily. At least without rain I think.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vale a pena a viagem até o Restaurante, um atendimento super atencioso, desde a reserva até a despedida. Um ambiente muito agradável, ar puro e paisagem linda linda. Os pratos que pedimos estavam muito bem preparados, saborosos e na temperatura adequada, isso que a gente estava sentado ao ar livre. Quanto aos pratos, penso que tem para todos os paladares assim como o vinho que pode ser escolhido na adega.
It is worth the trip to the Restaurant, a super attentive service, from the reservation to the farewell. A very pleasant environment, fresh air and beautiful landscape. The dishes we ordered were very well prepared, tasty and at the right temperature, as we were sitting outside. As for the dishes, I think there is something for all tastes as well as the wine that can be chosen in the cellar.
