★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Segunda vez que peço. A primeira o pedido atrasou muito! Mas como pensei ser um problema pontual, arrisquei novamente e pedi hoje. Depois de quase uma hora aguardando, e de tentativas frustradas de contato (eles não atendem o telefone e desligam depois de um tempo), estornaram o valor da refeição sem qualquer justificativa. Agora fico com fome e tendo que aguardar outro pedido chegar pra finalmente poder almoçar (quase uma janta já). Infelizmente nesse caso, não consigo avaliar o "restaurante" pelo ifood. Mas pelo menos tenho esse canal de comunicação. PIOR EXPERIÊNCIA COM RESTAURANTE.
Second time I ask. The first request was late! But as I thought it was a one-off problem, I risked it again and asked today. After almost an hour of waiting, and unsuccessful attempts at contact (they do not answer the phone and hang up after a while), they reversed the value of the meal without any justification. Now I get hungry and have to wait for another order to arrive before I can finally have lunch (almost dinner already). Unfortunately in this case, I can't rate the "restaurant" by ifood. But at least I have this communication channel. WORST EXPERIENCE WITH RESTAURANT.
