Não levem carro pra lavar lá não, pois depois tem que catar os gatos deixados por eles.
Não recomendo!
 Bad service, they don't wash it well.
Don't take a car to wash there, because then you have to pick up the cats left by them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixei meu carro para lavar as 09:00h quando fui buscar as 14:00 meu carro estava com um arranhado imenso na porta, questionei o proprietário DIEGO e ele muito sem educação insinuou que ja estava.Pedi a filmagem do local para ver as etapas da lavagem e ele se recusou. Afirmei a ele que conheço meu carro e que eu mesmo costumo lava-lo e que não estava assim. Entao posterior fiquei sabendo que não foi a primeira vez que ocorreu avarias em veículos nesse local, inclusive de um colega que teve o farol quebrado por conta de um cliente que foi dar ré e acabou colidindo, porem o veiculo estava sobre a responsabilidade deles, e mesmo assim queriam se recusar a pagar. Entrarei com BO de danos. Sem contar que a limpeza deixou a desejar, acho que pq tinha muitos carros lavando fizeram de qq jeito.
I left my car to wash at 9:00 am when I went to pick up at 2:00 pm my car had a huge scratch on the door, I questioned the owner DIEGO and he very uneducated insinuated that he was already. I asked the footage of the place to see the steps of the wash and he refused. I told him that I know my car and that I used to wash it myself and that it wasn't like that. Then I learned that it was not the first time that there was a breakdown in vehicles at that location, including from a colleague who had his headlight broken because of a customer who went in reverse and ended up colliding, but the vehicle was under their responsibility, and even so they wanted to refuse to pay. I will file for damage. Not to mention that the cleaning left something to be desired, I think because there were many cars washing, they did it any way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sinceramente estou muito arrependido, um lugar que não voltarei nunca mais, profissionais não qualificados, péssima qualidade do serviço, a 2 meses levei meu carro para polir e deu nojo do serviço que fizeram, carro ficou tudo marcado, as borrachas de vedação da porta todas marcadas pela politriz...resumindo fizeram serviço de porco não indicarei nem para meu inimigo
honestly i'm very sorry, a place i will never come back to, unqualified professionals, terrible quality of service, 2 months ago i took my car to polish and it disgusted the service they did, the car was all marked, the door sealing rubbers all marked by the polishing machine ... in short they did pork service I will not even indicate to my enemy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Descolaram a calha do meu carro, não resolvendo o problema no local. Cobram por um serviço de enceramento onde não é compatível... Enceraram meu carro no sol, baixa qualidade. A lavagem que custa 40 sai pela mesma qualidade da de 60 reais... Não recomendo.
They took the gutter off my car, not solving the problem on the spot. They charge for a waxing service where it's not compatible... They waxed my car in the sun, low quality. The wash that costs 40 comes out for the same quality as the 60 reais... I don't recommend it.
