More informal service. Service okay. Deadline for delivery of clothes could be lower. I use it only for party clothes, blankets and heavier, non-machine parts. Standard prices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No meu primeiro atendimento, levei um vestido novo de festa para primeira lavagem. Quando fui buscar, o bojo estava danificado. Fiz a reclamação e o rapaz falou para deixar lá que eles "ajeitavam". Como n tinha tempo, pois ia viajar pra ir a uma festa e usar o vestido, levei mesmo assim e disse q traria de volta depois pra eles "ajeitarem" e usei o vestido com o bojo todo franzido e enrugado... Quando retornei, levei o vestido lá novamente para ajeitarem. O outro rapaz que atendeu disse que eu ficasse despreocupada que o vestido viria como novo. Mas, quando fui pegar, o bojo continuava danificado e, pra piorar, o outro bojo tb foi danificado!!!!! Reclamei e o rapaz q estava lá falou que o bojo do vestido que era fraco, q eu deveria levar a uma costureira pra ajeitar!!!! Absurdo, estou indignada. Ah, e tem mais, o vestido lavado veio com o cheiro do meu perfume, a lavagem é muito ruim... Se você quiser lavar roupas normais, talvez até dê certo. Mas se é uma pessoa como eu, que só lava em lavanderia quando é roupa mais delicada, tipo vestidos de festa, fuja!!! Serviço péssimo! Me arrependo de não ter colocado na minha máquina, pois talvez no modo roupas delicadas não tivesse nem dobrado o bojo!!! Muito arrependida, pois o vestido é de marca e foi caríssimo! Lava D'Era nunca mais!
In my first appointment, I took a new party dress for the first wash. When I went to get it, the bowl was damaged. I made the complaint and the boy told me to let them "fix" it. As I had no time, as I was going to travel to a party and wear the dress, I took it anyway and said I would bring it back later for them to "fix it up" and I used the dress with the bowl all wrinkled and wrinkled ... When I returned, I took the dress there again to fix it. The other boy who answered said that I should be unconcerned that the dress would come as new. But, when I went to get it, the bowl was still damaged and, to make matters worse, the other bowl was also damaged !!!!! I complained and the guy who was there said that the bulge of the dress was weak, that I should take it to a seamstress to fix it !!!! Absurd, I'm outraged. Oh, and more, the washed dress came with the smell of my perfume, the washing is very bad ... If you want to wash normal clothes, maybe it will work. But if you are a person like me, you only wash in laundry when it is more delicate clothes, like party dresses, run away !!! Lousy service! I regret not having put it in my machine, because maybe in delicate clothes mode I wouldn't even have folded the bowl !!! Very sorry, because the dress is branded and it was very expensive! Lava D'Era never again!

Por ser bem próxima a minha residencia tenho levado por algumas vezes algumas peças de roupas para esse local. Até o momento não observei nada que me desagradasse com relação ao processo de roupas.
No entanto, exatamente hoje (23/03/2018) passei por lá para pegar uma camisa e me deparei com um automóvel estacionado no corredor referente a SAÍDA ( porta de vidro).
Após buzinar por 2 vezes, nem o motorista apareceu e nem os funcionários da lavanderia para ver o que estava acontecendo. Dito isso, desci do carro e fui logo perguntando quem havia estacionado de forma errada e o motorista em questão me responde que Lá não havia nenhuma placa de contramão.
Pois bem, quero avisar ao dono do estabelecimento que seus funcionários no minimo não devem estar muito preocupados com seus clientes, visto que , nem sequer foram ver o motivo da buzina e nem informaram ao motorista que ele não poderia estacionar ali daquela maneira, outros carros também estavam esperando na fila.
Após a retirada do carro pelo motorista depois de ter suas roupas em mãos, questionei o funcionário de que ele sabia que ali era a SAIDA e não falou nada, nem olhou na minha cara e ainda deu um sorrisinho sarcástico e ficou calado..
Por favor, para que eu não passe mais por esse constrangimento junto a outros clientes e para não ser motivo de indiferença de seus funcionários, eu solicito que coloquem avisos de ENTRADA e SAÍDA nos locais corretos e que os funcionarios ao observarem esse tipo de problema que avisem os motorista a forma correta de estacionarem para que não haja esse constrangimento entre os clientes dentro do estabelecimento.
Obrigada pela atenção e espero que da próxima vez eu não me depare com o mesmo fato.

As it is very close to my residence I have sometimes taken some pieces of clothing to this place. So far, I haven't noticed anything that I dislike about the clothing process.
However, exactly today (03/23/2018) I stopped by to pick up a shirt and came across a car parked in the corridor referring to the EXIT (glass door).
After honking 2 times, neither the driver came nor the laundry staff to see what was going on. That said, I got out of the car and immediately asked who had parked the wrong way and the driver in question replies that there was no sign of the opposite.
Well, I want to warn the owner of the establishment that his employees at least should not be too concerned with their customers, since they did not even go to see the reason for the horn and did not even inform the driver that he could not park there that way, other cars they were also waiting in line.
After the driver removed the car after having his clothes in hand, I questioned the employee that he knew there was SAIDA and didn't say anything, didn't even look in my face and even gave a sarcastic smile and was silent.
Please, so that I no longer experience this embarrassment with other customers and not to be indifferent to their employees, I request that they put ENTRY and EXIT notices in the correct places and that the employees when observing this type of problem that tell the drivers the correct way to park so that there is no such constraint among customers within the establishment.
Thank you for your attention and I hope that next time I will not come across the same fact.
