★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência. Casamos recentemente e quisemos levar 2 lençóis que ganhamos para lavar lá. Mancharam os 2 lençóis em várias partes, algo que parece ser candida ou cloro, a mancha é semelhante. Fomos reclamar e tiveram a cara de pau em dizer que era mancha de protetor solar. E, ainda por cima não iriam ressarcir o prejuízo causado. A dona nem se deu ao trabalho de nos receber, pois sabia que estava errada, deixou uma assistente freelancer falar conosco, para dar esse diagnóstico ridículo. Não levaremos mais nada nosso lá, você que está lendo, e mesmo assim decidir levar suas coisas nesse lugar para lavar, espero que tenha mais sorte que nós!
Bad experience. We got married recently and wanted to take 2 sheets that we got to wash there. The 2 sheets were stained in several parts, something that appears to be candida or chlorine, the stain is similar. We went to complain and had the face to say it was a sunscreen stain. And, on top of that, they would not compensate for the damage caused. The owner did not even bother to receive us, because she knew she was wrong, let a freelance assistant speak to us, to give this ridiculous diagnosis. We will not take anything else there, you who are reading, and even then decide to take your things in this place to wash, I hope you are more lucky than us!
