★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre lavo meu veículo neste local. Bom preço e serviço de boa qualidade. Não dou 5 estrelas, pois apesar de se chamar Lava Jato, nunca fiquei menos de 1h 30min aguardando.
I always wash my vehicle at this location. Good price and good quality service. I don't give 5 stars, because despite being called Lava Jato, I was never less than 1h 30min waiting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente atendimento. CONTUDO, das duas vezes que levei, meu carro voltou sujo. Não conseguem fazer a limpeza mais pesada (Ex: marcas de insetos e sujeiras mais pesadas). Meu carro é preto e na segunda lavagem voltou extremamente riscado, sendo que eu tinha recentemente feito um polimento geral, a impressão que ficou é que o carro foi secado com uma bucha. Mesmo sendo o mais próximo da minha casa, infelizmente, não levo mais.
Excellent service. HOWEVER, the two times I took it, my car came back dirty. They cannot do the heaviest cleaning (Ex: insect marks and heavier dirt). My car is black and on the second wash it came back extremely scratched, since I had recently done a general polishing, the impression that is that the car was dried with a loofah. Even though it is the closest to my home, unfortunately, I don't take it anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuidado não lava o veicula, apenas partes a limpeza fica com o pano na secagem o que pode arranhar a pintura, não tem ordem pois veiculos que chegaram depois de mim na fila foram secos e o meu colocado para trás, principalmente por ser carrões novos, isso mesmo existe atenção séria com carros novos , não sendo carrões o tratamento é
desleixado...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixei meu carro para lavar as 10 hs da manhã e estava lotado perguntei se podia deixar o carro e pegar mais tarde e assim o responsável ficou com minha chave e estacionando ao lado e combinou para pegar as 16 hs. Ao ch gata no horário combinado o carro tinha acabado de entrar no final da fila tendo pelo menos uns 15 carros na minha frente e vi que o combinado saiu caro pois tinha me programado para pegar minha filha na escola e não poderia esperar mais duas horas pela geral, como meu carro era o último da fila o tirei e fui embora muito chateado e o responsável simplesmente nem assumiu pela empresa a responsabilidade e ainda desdenhou e somente me deu a chave e fui embora não tentou nem reter o cliente nem sequer um pode vir outro dia para fazermos ou até um pedido de desculpas ou seja falta de preparo por parte da empresa em dar treinamento e educação com respeito aos clientes. Não recomendo deixarem o carro para pegar em outro horário pois não tem nenhum controle de quem é o carro temo até que aconteceu algum problema no meu carro mas não posso provar mais por conta da falta de profissionalismo da empresa não a recomendo.

At the scheduled time, the car had just entered the end of the line with at least 15 cars in front of me and I saw that the arrangement turned out to be expensive because I had been scheduled to pick up my daughter from school and I couldn't wait another two hours for the Generally, as my car was the last in line I took it off and left very upset and the person in charge simply didn't take responsibility for the company and still disdained and just gave me the key and left didn't try or retain the customer, not even one can come another day to make or even an apology or lack of preparation on the part of the company to provide training and education with respect to customers. I don't recommend leaving the car to pick up at another time as I don't have any control over who the car is, I'm afraid there was a problem with my car, but I can't prove more due to the company's lack of professionalism, I don't recommend it.
