Mais agora tenho um taxi e para minha surpresa foi a pior lavagem que poderia ser feita em um carro as rodas do carro saíram completamente sujas quebraram o meu freio de mão e não me avisaram nada, somente falaram que já estava assim.

But now I have a taxi and to my surprise it was the worst washing that could be done in a car, the car's wheels came out completely dirty, broke my hand brake and didn't tell me anything, they just said it was already like this.

Só acho que o profissional tem que lavar o carro de forma mais cuidadosa, com seriedade e eficácia. Lavei meu carro e identifiquei vários pontos com sujeira, que ao passar o dedo saiu. Falta mais capricho, porém não sei se é o turnover, mudam muito os profissionais que acaba criando este tipo de situação, pois já levei meu carro lá algumas vezes com outros profissionais e a lavagem ficou 100%. É só questão de gestão e seriedade na lavagem do carro.
I think the service needs to improve. The problem is not a lack of infrastructure, on the contrary, they are well structured. I just think that the professional has to wash the car more carefully, seriously and effectively. I washed my car and identified several spots with dirt, which when running my finger came out. More care is needed, but I don't know if it's the turnover, the professionals change a lot that ends up creating this type of situation, because I've already taken my car there a few times with other professionals and the wash was 100%. It's just a matter of management and seriousness in washing the car.
