★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Porque a lavagem geral por dentro e por fora deixou a desejar. Me entregaram o carro com os bancos ainda molhado e me sugeriram que ligasse o aquecedor para secar. Com três dias depois o cheiro dentro do carro era péssimo.
Because the general washing inside and out left something to be desired. They handed me the car with the seats still wet and suggested that I turn the heater on to dry. Three days later the smell inside the car was terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mudei minha avaliação pois cheguei às 12h e disseram que iria ficar pronto às 15h. Sei que existe intervalo para almoço dos funcionários, mas pode ser organizado um intervalo adequado. Em outro estabelecimento consegui lavar meu carro, nesse horário.
I changed my rating because I arrived at 12pm and they said it would be ready at 3pm. I know there is a lunch break for employees, but a suitable break can be arranged. I was able to wash my car at another establishment at that time.
