Proprietário sem compromisso com os clientes! Os empregados têm mais respeito ao cliente que o próprio dono. Infelizmente os lavadores cometeram algum erro e não sei por qual motivo arranharam muito o black piano da porta da minha TORO DIESEL. Liguei para o proprietário e reclamei. Ele já na ligação se mostrou irresponsável, pois não manifestou interesse em ver meu carro, apenas disse que iria olhar as câmeras. Me dirigi ao local e ele inventou um monte de histórias para fugir da responsabilidade, inclusive querendo me ensinar a lavar o carro, sugerindo que eu próprio havia arranhado o veículo. Lamentável! NÃO INDICO PARA NINGUÉM. Empresários assim não devem prosperar no mercado.
