★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento horrível meu esposo deixou a moto la pra fazer um detalhamentos colocaram um produto que manchou o aro da mato pedal de freios pinças de freio a moto fica toda manchada meu marido voltou la 4 dias depois com a moto toda suja da tal mancha e eles nao tiveram nem a hombridade de lavar a moto simplesmente passaram um pano resumindo perdemos a venda da moto e meu esposo ontem 4 meses depois teve que mandar pintar a moto detalhe a moto tinha somente 9000 km rodados 4 meses de uso ficamos com prejuízo depender de mim farei qualquer coisa pra as pessoas não passarem por isso
Horrible service my husband left the bike there to do a detailing they put a product that stained the rim of the bush brake pedal brake calipers the bike gets all stained my husband came back there 4 days later with the bike all dirty from that stain and they didn't they didn't even have the manhood to wash the bike they just wiped them off, summarizing we lost the sale of the bike and my husband yesterday 4 months later he had to have the bike painted in detail the bike had only 9000 km covered 4 months of use we lost it depend on me I'll do it anything for people not to go through it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simplesmente chego para lavar o carro dia de sábado às 14:00 onde tinha 7 carros na frente e o atendente diz que não daria mais para lavar o carro nesse dia. Falta de comunicação e consideração com o cliente. Meu objetivo era simplesmente deixar o carro e ir pegar no final do dia e não foi nem me dado essa opção... Sugestão: quando ver que não vai dar para receber carro que eu acho que no meu caso não foi, divulguem nas redes sociais para evitar a ida desnecessária dos clientes..
I just arrive to wash the car on Saturday at 14:00 where there were 7 cars in front and the attendant says that it would not be possible to wash the car on that day. Lack of communication and consideration for the customer. My goal was simply to leave the car and go pick up at the end of the day and I wasn't even given this option... Suggestion: when you see that you won't be able to get a car, which I think in my case, share it on social networks to avoid unnecessary customer visits..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é horrível, cobram conforme a sua cara , pra lavar seu carro tem vários valores diferentes pra o mesmo serviço, é lamentável , quer um conselho ,não se iluda leve pra um lugar que cobram o preço justo e,não existe só ele que faça este serviço .
Sem contar a demora no atendimento enfim o cliente no lava-jato Motta nunca tem razão.
The service is horrible, they charge according to your face, to wash your car there are several different values for the same service, it's regrettable, you want advice, don't be fooled, take it to a place that charge a fair price and, there's not only one that do this service.
Not to mention the delay in service, finally, the customer at the Motta car wash is never right.
