Esta ocorrência justifica minha má avaliação.
Mesmo com evidente dano houve dificuldade em devolver parte do dinheiro pertinente ia dano, sendo necessário retornar no lava jato. Eu prefiro evitar fadiga depois eu mesmo arrumo, pois não houve transparência em assumir o erro e disseram "desconhecer os danos".

This occurrence justifies my poor assessment.
Even with evident damage, it was difficult to return part of the money pertinent to the damage, and it was necessary to return to the car wash. I prefer to avoid fatigue after I fix it myself, because there was no transparency in assuming the error and they said "not knowing the damage".
