Quando pergunta o que aconteceu me falaram na minha cara que eu estava mentindo e que não teve troca nenhuma, o Dono ficou de resolver mas nada foi feito e isso já tem mais de meses. Se possível passem bem longe de lá.
The worst possible experience, car was poorly washed and even changed the mats. When he asks what happened, they told me to my face that I was lying and that there was no change, the Owner decided to resolve it but nothing was done and that has been over for months. If possible, stay far away from there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parece que quando dono não está la os funcionários fazem o serviço de qualquer jeito. Cadeira do bebê voltou sujo, não conseguiram abrir o porta mala e nem me perguntaram como abre. Meu carro veio com os tapetes trocados... tapetes velhos e rascados. O dono disse que ia resolver até hoje nada...é já faz meses. Foi a primeira e última vez. Não recomendo.
It seems that when the owner is not there the employees do the work anyway. Baby chair came back dirty, they couldn't open the trunk and they didn't even ask me how to open it. My car came with the carpets changed... old and torn carpets. The owner said he was going to solve nothing until today... it's been months. It was the first and last time. I do not recommend.
