NÃO CUMPRE O QUE PROMETE, nem perto disso, é só fachada.
Deixei meu carro lá pela manhã para pegar ao final do dia. O combinado foi uma LAVAGEM COMPLETA, ao chegar lá notei que nem o capô tinha sido aberto ao menos para tirar a poeira, a mala continuava suja tão quanto deixei, entre outros detalhes.
As desculpas foram: "nem abri o capô, não lavo o motor, tenho medo de DANIFICAR e a mala eu ESQUECI de limpar". E ainda afirmou: "quando eu limpo o motor NÃO ME RESPONSABILIZO se danificar, porque já danifiquei outras vezes".
Tive que acender o flash do celular para ele passar um pano na mala, PASSAR UM PANO.
Agora me expliquem, que tipo de "profissionais" de um lava jato NÃO SABE LAVAR um carro, ou limpar a poeira do motor, ou até mesmo ESQUECE de limpar a mala? Isso durante um dia inteiro, sendo que fui o primeiro a chegar.
Fiquei tão indignado que nem refutei, só paguei o combinado e fui embora.
As duas estrelas são por ter limpado nem que seja o interior do carro.

DON'T FULFILL WHAT YOU PROMISE, not even close to that, it's just a facade.
I left my car there in the morning to pick up at the end of the day. The arrangement was a COMPLETE WASH, when I got there I noticed that not even the hood had been opened to remove the dust, the suitcase was still dirty as I left it, among other details.
The excuses were: "I didn't even open the hood, I don't wash the engine, I'm afraid of DAMAGING and I FORGOT to clean the suitcase". And he also stated: "when I clean the engine, I DON'T RESPONSIBLE if it's damaged, because I've already damaged it other times."
I had to turn on the cell phone flash for him to wipe the suitcase, IRONING A CLOTH.
Now explain to me, what kind of "professionals" in a car wash DON'T KNOW HOW TO WASH a car, or dust off the engine, or even FORGET to clean the trunk? This was for a whole day, as I was the first to arrive.
I was so indignant that I didn't even refute, I just paid the deal and left.
The two stars are for having cleaned even the interior of the car.
