★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O talento dessa equipe, vai muito além da profissão, é amor, é carinho, é cuidado, é respeito por esses bichinhos que fazem parte da nossa família, o tratamento do Lavapet é totalmente diferenciado dos demais, nossa Hannah chega feliz batendo o rabinho toda vez que vai tomar banho, isso nos deixa despreocupados e tranquilos… e sem contar que é a melhor tosa de Sjc , valem a pena conhecer , super indico ??
 The talent of this team goes far beyond the profession, it's love, it's affection, it's care, it's respect for these pets that are part of our family, Lavapet's treatment is totally different from the others, our Hannah arrives happy, flapping her tail once you take a shower, it makes you feel carefree and calm… and not to mention it's the best grooming in Sjc, they're worth knowing, I highly recommend ??

O carinho que eles tem vem desde o atendimento até a entrega deles prontinhos.
Só tenho a agradecer por cuidar tão bem deles enquanto estão aí, deixamos de olhos fechados sabendo que vão receber o melhor atendimento possível.
Recomendo muito e tenho certeza que os meninos também!
We've taken our boys to Lava Pet since their first bath and we have nothing but praise for this 1 year.
The affection they have comes from the service to the delivery of them ready.
I just have to thank you for taking such good care of them while they are there, we leave with our eyes closed knowing that they will receive the best possible care.
I highly recommend it and I'm sure the boys do too!

Meu cachorro tem problema na coluna e alergia de pele, por isso precisa de alguns cuidados especiais. Tivemos problemas em alguns lugares. Depois que mudamos pra cá, ele nunca mais veio com feridas ou arranhões. Além disso elas sempre me avisam quando notam alguma coisa diferente, como por exemplo, a orelha inflamada. Confio muito no trabalho delas!
Não troco por nada!
Meu gordinho vai e volta todo feliz do banho.

The best place for my pet!
My dog has a problem with his spine and a skin allergy, so he needs some special care. We had problems in some places. After we moved here, he never came back with wounds or scratches. In addition, they always let me know when they notice something different, such as an inflamed ear. I really trust their work!
I would not trade for anything!
My chubby one goes and comes back all happy from the bath.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Depois de passar procurando por muito tempo em diversos Pets de Banho e Tosa, e de muita insatisfação com a grande maioria, finalmente encontrei o Lava-Pet!! As meninas me atenderam super bem desde o início, Marília e Mariana, e ouviram com paciência minhas explicações sobre o que tinha acontecido com a minha cachorrinha Nina, uma lhasa. Ela teve trauma sério de banho por ter sido muito machucada numa tosa, ficando com vários cortes na pele e nas unhas, então era muito medrosa e tremia muito, era muito sofrido. Foi uma benção encontrar o Lava-Pet que teve tanto acolhimento com minha Nina, sempre tratando com muito carinho e atenção. Apesar de ter perdido minha Nina a alguns meses, após 18 anos, sempre serei grata ao Lava-Pet , pela dedicação e trabalho bem feito. Recomendo e caso eu venha a ter outro pet, é lá que ele vai! Gratidão sempre! 10 estrelas pelo trabalho impecável! ??????????????
After spending a long time looking for several Bath and Grooming Pets, and dissatisfaction with the vast majority, I finally found Lava-Pet!! The girls took great care of me from the beginning, Marília and Mariana, and they patiently listened to my explanations about what had happened to my dog Nina, a Lhasa. She had a serious bathing trauma because she was badly hurt in a haircut, getting several cuts on her skin and nails, so she was very fearful and trembled a lot, it was very painful. It was a blessing to find Lava-Pet who was so welcoming with my Nina, always treating her with great care and attention. Despite having lost my Nina a few months ago, after 18 years, I will always be grateful to Lava-Pet, for their dedication and a job well done. I recommend it and if I have another pet, that's where it goes! Gratitude always! 10 stars for impeccable work! ??????????????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desde o contato via whats app, tive um ótima experiência. A Mariana, quem me atendeu tanto por whats quanto pessoalmente, foi muito educada e atenciosa (com tooooda minha história). O Maximus foi muito bem recebido no petshop. Com relação ao banho, ele voltou super limpinho e super cheiroso. Quero destacar três pontos importantes que me conquistaram no banho:
1. Maximus voltou com o pelo branquinho (fica meio amarelado com o passar dos dias). Isso significa que ele foi bem lavado;
2. Os produtos, além de cheirosos, não irritaram a pele dele;
3. E o mais importante (pra mim), ele voltou TODO sequinho. Tanto orelhas, quanto patas. Quem tem cachorro peludão sabe como é difícil.
Só tenho elogios a fazer à equipe e ao estabelecimento. Agradeço pelos cuidados. Sucesso pra vocês!
Since contacting via whats app, I had a great experience. Mariana, who answered me both by whats and in person, was very polite and attentive (with all my story). Maximus was very well received at the petshop. Regarding the bath, it came back super clean and super fragrant. I want to highlight three important points that won me over in the bath:
1. Maximus came back with white fur (it gets a little yellow as the days go by). This means that it has been well washed;
2. The products, in addition to smelling, did not irritate his skin;
3. And most importantly (for me), he came back ALL dry. Both ears and paws. Anyone who has a furry dog knows how difficult it is.
I have nothing but praise for the staff and the establishment. Thank you for the care. Success to you!
