★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência além de não gostar do serviço porque eles jogaram limpa bau e não tiraram direito queimou as partes pretas até a tinta da placa saiu com o limpa bau e ainda quebraram o botão de baixar o vidro ( já levei lá outra vez e já não tinha gostado resolvi dar uma 2 oportunidade mais a experiência foi pior )
Bad experience besides not liking the service because they threw the trunk cleaner and didn't remove it right, it burned the black parts until the ink on the plate came out with the trunk cleaner and they even broke the button to lower the glass (I took it there again and there was no more I liked it, I decided to give it a second chance but the experience was worse )

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não dou nenhuma estrela , porque não da fui ate lá para lavar o meu caminhão até ai tudo bem, no entanto limparam a cabine e colocaram meu caminhão no canto fiquei umas 4 horas esperando e a todo momento, um dos lavadores se direcionava ate mim e falava " oh acho que não vai dar para lavar o expediente encerra a 17 horas" eu ficava me perguntando, hora por que não me avisaram, que não daria para lavar eu não ficava la esperando esse tempo todo.
Já uma 16:30 o gerente e um dos lavadores começaram a discutir, referente ao horário que daria tempo de lavar e etc.... resumindo não indico para ninguém uma falta de respeito com o consumidor, uma total desorganização da equipe.
Desde que eu comprei meu caminhão sempre levei lá, mas a partir de ontem não volto mas perderam mais um cliente.
I don't give any stars, because I didn't go there to wash my truck, so everything was fine, however they cleaned the cabin and put my truck in the corner. I said "oh I don't think it's possible to wash, the office closes at 17 hours" I kept wondering, why didn't they tell me, that it wouldn't be possible to wash it, I wasn't waiting there all this time.
At 4:30 pm, the manager and one of the washers began to argue, referring to the time that would allow time to wash, etc... in short, I don't point out to anyone a lack of respect for the consumer, a total disorganization of the team.
Since I bought my truck I have always taken it there, but as of yesterday I won't come back but they lost another customer.
