★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiat Strada não foi lavado a cacamba, sequer foi aberta e a sujeira não foi removida. Pensei que além do pedido de desculpas fosse garantida uma nova lavagem, que nada! Quase tentou inverter a culpa, dizendo que eu deveria ter conferido. Vão lá!!!
 Fiat Strada was not washed, the bucket was not even opened and the dirt was not removed. I thought that in addition to the apology, a new wash would be guaranteed, which nothing! Almost tried to reverse the blame, saying I should have checked. Go there!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cobraram 10 reais de taxa do meu pai por que demoramos 30 min após o término da lavagem para buscar o carro. Aproveitaram para cobrar essa taxa abusiva pois se tratava de um idoso de 75 anos. Perderam a família toda de clientes.
They charged my father 10 reais a fee because we took 30 minutes after the wash was over to pick up the car. They took the opportunity to charge this abusive fee because it was a 75-year-old man. They lost their entire family of customers.

Wonderful I was impressed with the quality I washed the car many times but only here it was so top it even took out old brands , I became a customer for sure

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo serviço! Sequer tiraram o lixo que estava dentro do veículo no porta lixo que fica no câmbio. Abri o porta mala e o carro estava sujo e com poeira. Ao terminarem o serviço, mandaram mensagem, que eu deveria ir imediatamente retirar o veículo, pois não tinham vaga para esperar, sequer cinco minutos. Além de outras situações que não vale a pena postar! Eu não recomendo! Nunca mais volto nesse local
Terrible service! They didn't even take out the trash that was inside the vehicle in the trash bin that is in the exchange. I opened the trunk and the car was dirty and dusty. When they finished the service, they sent a message that I should go immediately to pick up the vehicle, as they didn't have a space to wait, not even five minutes. In addition to other situations that are not worth posting! I do not recommend! I will never go back to this place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, ja foi bom hoje está horrível. Lavei meu carro com cera mas no final sai com ele sujo. Pára-choque cheio de manchas de sujeira/ barro, rodas e pretinho passado de qualquer jeito e frisos lavados parcialmente . Pela bagatela de 55 reais porque pedi com cera, só não sabia que continuaria com a sujeira.
Terrible, it used to be good, today it's horrible. I washed my car with wax but in the end it came out dirty. Fender full of dirt/clay stains, wheels and little black ironed in any way and friezes partially washed. For the trifle of 55 reais because I asked for it with wax, I just didn't know it would continue with the dirt.

Detalhe: Esta informação não está exposta em nenhum local e nenhum atendente informou sobre a cobrança. Nunca vi isso em nenhum lugar. Reclamei e não devolveram o dinheiro. Ganharam R$ 10,00, mas, pederam R$ 400,00 por mês, considerando mando lavar meus 2 carros semanalmente a R$ 50,00 cada um.
Terrible service. I left the car to be washed and due to the fact that it was past the pick up time, they charged R$ 10.00 more. Detail: This information is not displayed anywhere and no attendant informed about the charge. I've never seen this anywhere. I complained and they didn't refund the money. They earned R$ 10.00, but they asked for R$ 400.00 per month, considering I have my 2 cars washed weekly at R$ 50.00 each.

Levei o meu carro pra lavar enquanto fui assistir a um jogo do Juventus.
Estava de chuva, e na retirada o pneu estava molhado e consequentemente, bem preto.
Mas quando cheguei em casa e me deparei com os pneus secos, deu para perceber o serviço porco.
R$50,00 por uma lavagem com cera, mas que na verdade foi apenas um espirro de perfume interno e um porta lixo do Juventus.
Terrible service!
I took my car to the wash while I went to watch a Juventus game.
It was raining, and in the withdrawal the tire was wet and consequently, very black.
But when I got home and saw the dry tires, I could see the poor service.
R$50.00 for a wax wash, but it was actually just a splash of internal perfume and a Juventus garbage bin.
