★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive problema com a bateria do meu carro e me ofereceram uma nova bateria. Acabei comprando pela necessidade e o bom atendimento prestado. Porém no dia seguinte tive novamente problema e voltei com eles, que disseram estar tudo certo com a bateria e que o problema deveria ser outra coisa.
Acabei voltando de guincho para minha cidade e quando levei no mecânico, informaram que a bateria aparentava ser adulterada e que apenas colocaram o selo daquela marca. Enfim, trocaram novamente a bateria e não tive mais nenhum problema com o carro.
Perdi R$ 280 com eles. Só não levei de volta, pois não tenho previsão de ir pra Ubatuba novamente.
Resumindo, não sei sobre a borracharia e lava rápido, mas não comprem a bateria deles.
I had a problem with my car battery and was offered a new battery. I ended up buying out of necessity and good service. But the next day I had a problem again and I came back with them, who said that everything was right with the battery and that the problem should be something else.
I ended up returning to my city by tow truck and when I took it to the mechanic, they informed me that the battery appeared to be tampered with and that they only put the seal of that brand. Anyway, they changed the battery again and I had no more problems with the car.
I lost R $ 280 with them. I just didn't take it back, because I don't have any plans to go to Ubatuba again.
In short, I don't know about tire repair and car wash, but don't buy their battery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serviço muito ruim. Lavam o carro muito mal. Quando levei o carro, passaram pretinho em um pneu no outro não. Encontrei o brinquedo do meu filho (de 1 ano e 3 meses) jogado no chão, com as pessoas pisando em cima. Pareciam que queriam terminar logo, fizeram trabalho muito porco. Os bancos continuaram sujos. Preferi ir embora a reclamar. Recomendo irem a outro lava jato em Ubatuba
Very bad service. They wash the car very badly. When I took the car, they went black on one tire on the other, no. I found my son's toy (1 year and 3 months old) lying on the floor, with people stepping on it. They seemed to want to finish soon, they did a lot of dirty work. The banks remained dirty. I preferred to go away to complain. I recommend going to another car wash in Ubatuba
